In the state of NH there are undercover cops, the DTF specializes in undercover work. Their work is absolutly nothing like any movie I've ever seen. It's much more boring than anything in the movies. Most undercover operations work like this: The cops bust some kid with drugs. Instead of taking the charges the kid tells who his dealers are. Then the kid will brng an undercover officer over to meet his dealer and ideally introduce the undercover to the dealer so the cop can go make a controlled buy off the dealer. This is how it works most of the time, and it is rather effective in reality. No fake identities are needed, a fake ID is barely even needed. Again, who asks for someone's ID when they are selling drugs to them, it doesn't happen. Obviously the cop isn't going to bring his badge and real ID with him, but that doesn't mean he now needs a fake. All he needs is no ID, if you don't have an ID on you then they can't determine who you are. If you have a fake ID with a fake name potentially if someone got ahold of it they could determine that you are a fake individual.
One thing that they would never ever do, and frmLE saying this proves he's bullshitting, would be to carry more than one ID on him! he said above that he never had less that one or 2 fake ID's on him. Sorry but no cop would ever carry 2 fake ID's on him, come on! Think about it, what would be worse? Having absolutely no ID on you so the perps can't really figure anything out, or having 2 fake ID's on you? if a cop got found with 2 fake ID's on him it could be a major problem.
Most of the time undercovers carry absolutely no id's on them, they have a made up name and a made up identity but no fake ID. But sometimes they do go through the trouble of making up a fake ID, if the situation calls for it.
Just think about it, who the hell asks for ID during a drug deal? or any illegal dealings? Illegal dealing are all based off the introductions, they need to be introduced by a CI and an ID is not going to help them do that.
Another thing you said above makes no sense: "the only time i didnt have a fake ID on me was one time when I met with a trusted CI"
So your saying you need a cover identity to meet with CI's now? This shows that this guy is completely bullshiting. Why the hell would you need a cover identity to meet with any CI?? If your meeting with a CI he already knows your a cop! You either arrested him or you were introduced to him by the arresting officer or the arresting officer's superior. If someone is a CI they know they are talking to the cops, so why the hell would you possibly need a cover id for that? There are actually some pretty strict rules dictating how an officer is supposed to deal with a CI, these are often violated by LE but thats another story.
In order for someone to be a CI they have to know they are dealing with the cops. The cops and the court system know who they are. It makes absolutely no sense that you would need cover ID to meet with a CI, the reason it makes no sense it because you don't. He said one time when meeting with a trusted CI, meaning other times he met CI's with a fake ID? That is just plain wrong.

How many years do you claim to have done narcotics work FrmLE?

What decade did you do this work?

How old were you about when you were working undercover?

Your story doesn't add up at all, expecially considering that you never said anything about doing narcotics work before.
You said you were an investigator doing hunders of cases over the years, when did you find time to go deep cover for years to infiltrate an organized crime group?

On the Partic Mccarthy thread you said that you were there searching while he was missing. SO when did you find time for all this undercover narcotics work?
were you an investigator investigatings cases like partic's, or were you an undercover narcotics police?

Your whole story is complete and utter bullshit, only scary thing is it seems like a few people might actually believe you, although its pretty obvious that # is quickly dwindling.

Something else I found funny is how in patric's thread you talk about how difficult it was to hike up whaleback mt. You say your an ex paratrooper and you could barely make it up there without being completely beat. Your talking about whaleback mt in october.
Yet over on this thread you make it out like Maura would have absolutely no problem walking deep into the woods through 2' of snow at night in february. You also say that you believe she ran 6-10 miles before she entered the woods. Well 6-10 miles from the WB curve and you are up into the notch where the terrain is much more rugged than anything you find on whaleback(I've hiked and biked that area countless times)
So what, its ridiculously difficult to hike whaleback during the day in october but then it would be easy for her to hike through 2' of snow up in kinsman notch at night in February?

Why is it that everythin you say differs so much post to post? Do you not even think about the previous bullshit you've spewed or do you just expect everyon to believe everything you say because you claim to be former LE?

Dude you are a complete joke

One of my best friends from school is currently on the NH DTF. I showed him the post where you claimed to have been provided "several new identities by the federal government" and he literally laughed his ass off. He's never heard of anyone in the SP being provided a new identity by the federal government. He said to me that he couldn't garauntee that its never ever happened in the past but if it had it would be extremely rare and there is no way that one person would be provided multiple identities by the feds. The only kind of operation that would warrant such a drastic action would be one where the officer goes deep undercover to infiltrate an organized crime group. Those are the operations that they make movies about, because theyre so rare. Those operations use giant amounts of resources and take years. You don't only have to provide a new identity to this person, he also needs to dress, act and live like these criminals for a long period of time to gain their trust. This is the only kind of operation that would require a true new identity. My friend also seems to think that the feds would much rather send in one of their own FBI or DEA agents to do an operation like this rather than provide a new identity to a state cop. But if a state police did do this then the operation could take years to accomplish, theyre not going to give this guy another new identity immediately after so he can go deep cover into a different crime organization. How much organized crime does NH even have? Do you really expect us to believe that you've done this multiple times? Who are you super cop?
Any cop who's ever done something like this would never ever talk about it online in a public forum. That would confirm to criminals that they do this kind of thing and could potentially put other undercover operatives in danger. Just the fact that FrmLE said this should prove to just about anybody that he's lying as a real undercover cop would never talk bout it online, ever.
It is extremely rare for a cop to ifiltrate an organized crime group, extremely rare. Go search news articles for the state of NH, try to find one where they talk about a cop infiltrating any group. I can't find one. So FrmLE, you've done all this crazy undercover work but you've never made an arrest?
Did you happen to show your friend any of your rather looooong posts, you know the ones that cause heads to shake and eyes to bleed?
If FrmLE's post caused your friend to laugh their as8 off then they must have needed a complete as* transplant after reading your BS.

Is there known evidence of a crime in this disappearance? In my opinion it's human nature for a family to feel no one is doing enough, if the relative missing is victim of foul play and the adbuctor isn't caught.
If there's no evidence, then it's possible that she ran away or took her own life, as commenters at Websleuths debate. Could be that the FBI found no evidence of foul play. Simple as that.
If FBI is still involved then what are they doing?
The debate is pointless either way and I don't need a pony, but I'll bite.
That's a great question, is there any evidence of a crime? Seems like there isn't physical evidence of anything in this case. There's no definite evidence of a crime, there's no evidence of her going in the woods, theres no evidence she's alive and ran away.

But could LE have more evidence than we are aware of? Was the aag just completely talking out his ass when he said 75% chance of charges? You would think they would have to have something to make them say 75%. If they had absolutely no idea what happened to her, knew as much evidence as we do right now, shouldn't they say 50% chance? You would think they either have to have some sort of compelling evidence to make them think that charges will likely be brought in this case. Is that not true? Can this guy really just lie in court like that? saying that there will likely be charges when theres absolutely no evidence pointing to it would be considered a lie would it not?

I can't believe we all took such a major step back these past couple of days. I thought we all deduced that since the FBI declared the Brianna and Maura case not to related. For th FBI to make the statement they would have to reviewed all the facts present.

How does dad go from "squa walk" suicide to let's get the FBI involved. How come family can say such things when they first thought suicide? Does family know something more that isn't being mentioned?

Family never said suicide. We have always believed Maura met up with foul play the night she disappeared.

WTH-The-original said "Right now a couple of nit-wits are trying to tie Floyd or McKay to the disappearance. They are traveling new ground. No one in the past has been stupid enough to suggest that either one of them has had anything to do with her disappearance. Of course that is probably because of how absurd it is. Nothing suggest that they were even in the area.

Bill,Please explain why it would be absurd to suggest Floyd or McKay?Why is it absurd?Because you said so?where you in their company that evening?Where you out on a camping trip with the boys?

Lighthouse, it seems to me like the family thought she ran away in the first couple weeks. At least thats what it sounds like if you watch any interviews they did, they were pleading for her to come back.
The only comment regarding suicide is Fred's squaw walk comment but how certain are we that he even really said it?
He supposedly said it to Smith, correct?
Well I was just reading something the other day that made me thing otherwise. This was saying that Smith actually said it was Sharon that told him Fred made that comment but Sharon denies ever saying that or seeing Fred make that comment.
So I'm not sure exactly what to think.

Even if that was Fred's first thought it doesn't seem like the family thought suicide at all.
Even the squaw walk comment is strange. All we ever hear about is how happy of a person maura was, absolutely nothing that sounds like depression. How do they go from thinking she was super happy, someone the was always smiling to thinking that she killed herself? This is probably why her sisters thought she ran away. Did Fred know something different than they did?

Through the last years, I have often wondered about the possibility of N.B.McKay "cleared" Littleton after 7 PM...ended up at motel (East) a little after 9 PM "unknown reason"...he would of course would have heard it..(as was one of the reasons some other LE complained about him)
Coupled with "Brian's Predictions" sketch and description...

More mindless nit-witery. It is YOUR responsibility to show that Maura and Floyd or McKays path crossed since you are trying to make the assertion. More backwards thinking, again. It is so hard to work with people who have no knowledge of basic rules of logic.

I, for one, am tired of the rag thing...my Saturn was a year older...and drove my mechanic nuts shoving rags...only to blow 'em out....the "rag" would have had to be the size of a bath towel...I think it was just hung out to warn drivers heading West. aarrghhh!

I have never brought it up on this forum Findmaura, but When I mention Maura to anyone the first thing they say is Floyd. Honest engine. It has happened three times lately. One person said scanner chaser. I personally have no opinion on it because I never followed the case but found it interesting anyway. He did live on the path she would have taken if she went east of the crash site and he lived up a dirt road.
