Saying someone deserves something, and threatening them with it are two entirely different things and you guys know it.
Well as far as we know he didn't kill anyone so he clearly doesn't deserve the death penalty. I don't even think he technically broke the law so he probably doesn't deserve jail. But he did taunt the family of a missing, and likely dead, girl. That is a seriously wrong thing to do, I would think a good 'ol punch to the mouth would be perfectly fair under the circumstances, that is if her family agreed. That's something I meant to put in that post but forgot.
The thing is that anyone who would make videos like that clearly doesn't have a conscience. I dont know if I spelled that right but the point is that you can't make someone like that feel bad by talking to him and telling him what he did was wrong. That's why I suggested that an ass beating would be warranted here, to give him a taste of his own medicine, so to speak.

I understand that there are psychos out there that might take things into their own hands and that's why I now agree that I probably shouldn't have made a post like that but come on, are people just supposed to be able to do whatever they want?

I think you guys are making way too big a deal about this one stupid post that I made. And honestly if Beagle actually was afraid, which I seriously seriously doubt he was considering the fact that he knows as well as you guys do that wasn't really a threat, then good. He's posting videos of himself laughing at the family of a missing person, on the anniversary and titled it "happy anniversary"

McKay's whole entire career was basically dedicated to harrassing people. It was only a matter of time before something bad happened to him.

No, Jenkins. I've never said I think someone deserves the death penalty. I don't believe in the death penalty. Because I am familiar with our justice system, and I have seen too many innocent people get the death penalty for crimes they did not commit. I would certainly never say it about a man who not only hasn't been convicted, but never even brought in for the crime. And no, I'm not a fan of Nancy Grace.

If LE thought Beagle killed Maura, do you think he would be sitting home right now making videos? Think about it.

Any idea what might have prompted Beagle to make those videos (if in fact he did)? Renner and members of the media made assumptions and called it a cruel hoax on the family, but did Beagle ever tell you what his intentions were? If not, then I don't think it's fair to assume he was intending to torture the family.

He is innocent until proven guilty. Just like everyone else whose name has been drug into this conversation - not only by you but by others.

I have never once said I agree with those videos. But I do not agree with you saying he deserves to get his ass kicked, and other people posting his real name here. That is not helping anything. From some of the posts in the past few days, it's looking like I'm not the only one who feels this way.

How do you know he was not afraid? Did you ask him? You make a lot of assumptions about people you don't know. I made assumptions about Beagle at first too, and that was wrong, but at least I had the decency to apologize rather than say he deserves to get his ass kicked.

Jenkins ~ you have much to learn. Clearly you are of the "eye for an eye" mentality. Someday you will come to believe the individuals you choose to despise are human beings, as flawed as you are, and with families who love them.
There is no benefit to comparing one case to another. innocence and guilt are determined in courts of law, not according to the righteous whim and opinions of Jenkins.

lol, good one buddy...I think, actually I know, that you would be absolutely shocked if you knew what I did for work and what my GF looks like. If thats really what you think, I suspect it isn't, you might actually have a heart attack from shock if you met us in real life. And for the record we don't want to have kids, We have a perfectly trained german Shepherd and that's good enough for us. Thats another reason I have absolutely nothing to fear from stupid beagle, if he figured out who I was and exposed me I could really care less. I love my life but in the grand scheme of things I live a boring life, I go to work and go home and chill with my girl. Certainly nothing to be embarrassed by.

I am completely against the death penalty as well, I believe there are way too mant innocent people on death row and that there have been more than a couple innocent people executed.
I believe the death penatly should be abolished.

I was merely trying to make the point of when people say someone deserves to be executed, which people say every time a particularly heinous case is in the news, they aren't going to run out and kill the guy.
Someone saying someone deserves the death penalty on TV doesn't make viewers run out and kill the people.

There is a huge difference between saying someone deserves something and threatening them with it, huge difference

OK let me explain this because I think your taking what I said way to the extreme.
I would never say that he deserves that much violence done to him, I wouldn't say that about anybody.

I invite LE to take a look at me if they feel it is warranted, I have absolutely nothing to hide.
I would hope that they already did. I was on the originaly MM aned MMM forums. I always wondered if they took a look at the members of that forum, and I truly hope that they did take a look at everyone to make sure they couldn't be involved. Not an in depth investigation but I would hope they figured out who the posters were, where they lived, what they were about and whether they could potentially be someone who would do something like that.

I started in the Spring of 2005.....Maura's family Forum ended...I think Summer of 2008...???? Wish I could remember more specifics...however, 2 of his monikers, before Beagle, was Clay soup and dopple ganger.....I got so tired of the bizarre rantings that I sometimes just skimmed through/QUOTE]
