If I'm lying so much, why don't u guys find some real lies ive said, not bc I asked someone the exact mileage to get to the eddys I seam at when I was 12. Kind of like last week when I clearly showed that you are lying flat out about a lot o things. Maybe you were a cop, I don't believe you were, but o clearly showed last week that you are lying your ass off. So if I'm lying so bad why don't you guys break out some posts where I'm lying, not asking a question. Idiots I have several more too frmLE Where I can show you are clearly lying about either being a cop, or way your did while you wre a cop, if you ever were one. So let's see it, you titans of morality, let's see all thes lies your talking about. Because the fact that I didn't know exactly how many miles the eddy was from 112 does not show I'm lying. Actually it shows gramps up there is lying because I clealy knew exactly here the eddys are, I just didn't knowthe exact mileage. I said it is on 112 down near the intersection with 302, sorry that I thought it was closer to a mile, I'm not perfect. So I showed last week frmLE is clearly a liar, what can't you guys do that to me? Why do u guys always break out the cheesiest shot when tryingto show I'm lying? Lol, morons Wrong again. The Big Eddy is not near the intersection of 302.It's evident you have no idea where either Eddy is. You were the one that said you know the area well and own a home close by the WB. Sorry but I don't believe that.

That's a really good question shack These people are clearly trying to make the conversation about me & it's really screwed up. They don't like when people clearly, logically show that Maura was most like abducted from 112 that night. I want to just ignore them, and I did well for a while. It's hard when they are flat out calling you a liar. But at this point, especially after last week when I showed 100% no question about it that frmLE is Lying about a lot of things, I've shown who's truly the liar here. They will not ever be able to show that I'm lying about any aspect of this case, not gonna happen It's really messed up that you guys want this conversation to end, what's your motive for that? Why do you care so much about liars, wife beaters, criminals and lawns and not give two shits about a missing person? It's sad that people can have such a warped sense of reality

Smith clearly knew something happened that night, well he must have IMO. Since when does a cop stay on the scene of a minor accident for 2 hours? Since when does a cop look up the tailpipe of a car following a minor accident? What did he see that caused him to look deep up that tailpipe? Was it something in her back seat, like was suggested last week, or was it something else? Why did LE have so mich interest in trucks that night, specifically red trucks? Why did smith lie to the family when they arrived? These are all legitimate questions.

On the other hand, why would looking through the windows of an abandoned car to see what´s inside be in any way unusual? Or am I missing something?

Smith looking through the windows was certainly not an odd thing to do, that's pretty standard I would think. It's the looking up the saturns tailpipe that's highly unusual, there mist have been something that prompted this extremely strange action on smiths part, I really wonder what it could poesibly be. The thing that seems so strange about it is nor only did he look up her muffler, he did that within the first few minutes because he mentioned it to either the wmans or the sbd when he went there to ask about Maura. Smith must have thought the rag was strange as well due to the fact that he mentioned it. I've never heard of a cop looking up a muffler of an abandoned car in my life, it certainly isn't standard operating procedure, so what cause this highly unusual move? Somebody suggested that there was something in her backseat that mat have caused him to look up there but what could possibly be in her back seat that would cause that action? Even if you saw a coat hanger that was straightened wouldn't you think it was to slim Jim the car open? Somethin like that wouldn't make me think there was a rag in her muffler. My theory is that smith could tell her xar had died coming into the corner, I think that he was looking for something that might have disabled the car, & the muffler is a potential spot to disable a car. There had to be some damn good reason to cause him to look up the muffler, which is extremely odd behavior. I think it was because the car Died before the corner, not after. Judging by smiths actions it appears that he thought foul play had occurred that night. But then what caused Him to lie to the family? The other thing is that if he knew that her car died before the curve then he knowingly filled out the accident report incorrectly. I'm not gonna say that he definetly did this but how is it that the tow truckdricer and the tv repair guy's stories match the known evidence much better than his does? & why was he looking up the muffler?

And why didn´t they take custody of the car if foul play was suspected? It took months before it was impounded.

I don't suppose that anyone noticed that the officer doesn't say in his report that the rag was in the tailpipe when he was there??? Is it possible that the mysterious rag was put in the tailpipe after it left the accident scene??? We all know that a rag can't stay in the tailpipe of a running car, correct? So when was the rag put there? Did the officer ever make mention of it? Whoosh.......whooosh......whoo osh......whooosh....... Look everyone, pay attention. They are back to the rag in the tailpipe (for the thousandth time). This is where it gets really exciting and they think that they come very close to solving the case. Bill

Wow bill I love your criticism about people bring up the rag again, you say you've been reading about it for years yet you seem to know absolutely nothing about it. One thing we know for a fact is that RAg was onthe muffler when smith got to the scene, we know this because he addressed it while talking to the westmans about 5-10 min after arriving on scene. What do you think made him make the highly unusual move of lookin up her tailpipe? You also state things that are untru as fact, don't you criticize people for doing this all the time? Example: you state "we all know a rag can't stay in a muffler right?" Well that's absolutely untrue on 2 levels; first of all we don't all know that at all. Second of all a rag can stay in a muffler and be used to disable a car. You don't have to take my word for it, here's a couple quotes from some very experienced mechanics. Mike lavoie : "It was an odd thing to say to anyone who knows cars. A rag in a tailpipe is a good way to stall a car" Lavoie seems to know know that you can stall a rag with a car. From the Whitman/Hanson express article by Maribeth Conway: "Stuffing a rag into a tail pipe would stall the vehicle and it would eventually kill the engine, according to Ferry's Automotive in Hanson. " Ferry's automotive seems to know you can stall a xar with a rag. My friend who is a very experienced mechanic said you could as well. He said it need to be folded a specific way, but it can definitely be done. This is an old school method of troubleshooting a car and checking for exhaust leaks. Bill you know sar well, but you clearly don't know cars. Maybe you should do a little research before you go spouting things as fact that clearly aren't.

This is whats so fucked about your last post bill; we got a girl who is missing under suspicious circumstances, nobody can debate that fact. So she's missing under suspicious circumstances and her car was found with a rag in it's tailpipe, is that nothighly, highly unusual? Does that not warrant a serious looking at? & based on the fact that you still think that everyone knows a rag can't stay on a tailpipe I think it's clearly worth being discussed again. I agree that a lot of people that post here don't think a Rag can stay in the muffler, but experienced mechanics do think it can. 3 out of 3 mechanics that i know of have come back with the same answer, yes it can disable a car. So what are you gonna say now the mechanics interviewed for the articles are wrong, & a bunch of anonymous Internet posters who clearly aren't mechanics are right?

I forgot about that. Can we say bullshit??? Please, go out and try to stall your car with a rag. Oh, wait. I have, and some others have as well and they all found the same thing. It can't be done with modern high compression engines. Now, if you want to pour concrete into the exhaust and wait for it to harden, yeah, that will work. How exactly does this relate to Maura's disappearance? Suspicious circumstance??? You mean a young girl drinking, running away from her car when the police are coming. Succumbing to the elements. Suspicious? It is interesting that she hasn't been heard from. Unfortunate, sad, yeah. She might be dead but suspicious, point out the suspicious part. If she is dead, she could have succumbed miles, days away from the car, but keep focusing on the rag like a laser beam. Like I said. Whoosh.......whooosh......whoo osh......whooosh....... Anyone ever heard this story: "Coming out of a bar at night, George sees Bob, a friend and fellow bar patron who’d left minutes before, on his hands and knees searching for something under a lamp post. "Bob, what did you lose?" asks George. "I lost my keys under a car," says Bob. "If you lost them under a car, why are you looking under the lamp post?" asks George. "Because the light is better here," says Bob. Obviously, Bob's judgment is impaired. He’s looking where it’s easier to look, rather than where his keys might be found." Just like here, Bob keeps looking where it is easy, rather than where the keys are located because it is more fun. He can make believe he is accomplishing something. The police are doing the hard looking, not under the lamp. They may need to stop because there are no new clues to examine. But that doesn't stop people from looking under the lamp. They will never find anything, but it is funny watching their ass wiggling in the air under the lamp. And I think we can all agree that his judgment is impaired. I have always told my kids that the definition of stupidity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. They get it, but they are older now. Bill

First of all bill I'm not the one who classified her dissapearance as suspicious, LE did that. LE clearly view her dissapearance as suspicious as evidenced by the fact she's included on the ccu list. The ccu is under very limited resources and there were a lot of cases left off that list. She would not be on that List if LE thought she us lost in the woods. So you are saying that these mechanics are lying to the media? Why would they do that? Why should we believe anything you have to say on this? Are you a mechanic? I'm gonna have to make a YouTube of this and post it because you most certainly can get a rag to stay in a muffler. A good friend of mine who is a mechanic showed me that it is possible. Lastly, there is absolutely no evidence she was drunk. She def had a drunk or 2 but the sbd said she wasn't intoxicated and judging from the other witnesses she disnt sound like she looked very impaired at all. It also doesn't sound like she was very worried about the cops either; the wmans describe her sitting there with the door open for several minutes "leisurely smoking a cigarette" leisurely being the key word there. Who the hell sits there leisurely with their door open if they are so afraid of a DUI that there about to go walk miles into the woods to their death? Everything you said there is so wrong Its ridiculous. You throw out statements from experts and assume things based on what? Because you said so? Because a few anonymous people online say so? You also make statements that are toraly contradictory to the witness statements and statements by LE. Can you say bullshit! yes, your post is complete and utter bullshit
