Like the Kennedy's? lol I'm not sure how much feel you have for the area, but there is no prominent family anywhere up here. No such thing, doesn't exist. I know you will argue, but the fact remains the area could not be more working class blue collar. Have you ever been to Grafton County? I mean, the courthouse and County Attorney's office sits next to the friggin jail, you can watch the inmates tend to the vegetable gardens while you wait for trial. In the spring the smell of manure on the fields is so strong you don't want to walk outside in a suit some days. Sometimes the things said on here are so ridiculous it makes me laugh. Crossing you off my list of tourist spots. lol It's an interesting story but why would the AG put her ass on the line to cover for a local prosecutor's family member? That's what we're talking about right?

Just me--paris wrote: Ruthless Rye, Here's a poem I wrote long ago for someone who turns out, felt like ending their life. Follow your heart, Wherever it leads you. Nourish your soul, And pray that it feeds you. Remember to talk,~whenever things grieve you, ~And your precious heart will never leave you. WTH-the-original wrote: <quoted text> First, lets make certain, you are not planning on hurting yourself currently are you? Bill Oh, I'm so sorry, that was thoughtless of me to post that, I wasn't thinking. Thank you, Paris and Bill, no, I am not suicidal currently. I suffer from chronic depression and some other illnesses, and as such I do sometimes hit points when I want out, and have spent time planning it. I do not currently feel that way. Winter is the hardest time for me and the most dangerous. I honestly feel quite matter-of-fact about it at the moment, and wanted to share what some suicidal people feel and do when they have run out of hope. Sorry to worry anybody, and thanks for the kind thoughts.

WTH-the-original wrote: <quoted text> Of course not, you moron. For three reasons. One HIPPA laws don't allow me to do it, our department policies don't allow me to do it and just as important, that information would lead you to me. That isn't going to happen either. One of the stupidest attempts ever to try to find out who I am. My suggestion to you, aside from you pounding sand up your ass, is to check on what I say. Don't believe a word of it. I have always recommended that no one believe a word I say. Check out what I say with other resources. Then, after you have learned something, tell me what you know. I mean, I could ask you to tell me everything you know now, I can listen for ten seconds since that is all the time it would take. After people check out what I write I also suggest they check out what you write, if anything. And I am not an expert on all matters, but clearly you are disturbed by the fact that I apparently know more that you, on matters posted about here. Sorry, your not feeling the love or worse yet, maybe you are feeling insignificant. Oh, I have put you on my pay no mind list. Basically that means you are not smart enough to be responded to or your comments are such hyperbole that you are not to be worried about. I suspect others will recognize that as well. So come back with another name. Bill I want links and proof you are the big shot you claim to be, little man. Come on slick, pony up.

You haven't been here long enough to remember Shack always talking about the "upper crust" and the prominent families who apparently have everyone either scared to talk about this kid, this criminal genius. Because apparently "the family" control the whole area. Very powerful people, don't you know. Not people you want to screw with. Apparently they might have a relative that won't change your tires at the local gas station if you screw with them, or any of their kin. Or something like that. Bill Bill is what we call here in LE a little wimp. Pony up boy. Let's see your credentials.

jldross wrote: <quoted text> I don't think there is a way to know what was on her computer since the data was not released even to her own family, was it? Along these lines I wanted to read more about the book found in Maura's car bookmarked with her brother's picture. I'm ordering the book to read this chapter but do you think this is a coincidence, or does she always carry this book with her? On the PorchlightUSA forum a comment dated May 5 2008 by the forum admin says: "Does the book hold a clue? The book found in Maura's car Not Without Peril, by Nicholas Howe, is subtitled "150 Years of Misadventure on the Presidential Range of New Hampshire." The book, a gift from her father, details "the deaths and mishaps that have claimed over a hundred lives of hikers on Mt. Washington and the surrounding Presidential Range Mountains," according to Amazon.com . As an avid hiker, the book was one of Maura's favorites, according to her father. Inside the book investigators found a bookmark with a photo of Maura's younger brother. Ironically, it marked Chapter 16, entitled "A Question of Life or Death," which chronicles the story of Macdonald Barr, a Brookline, Mass., native who died of hypothermia in the White Mountains in August of 1986." Maybe a coincidence but she could have learned a thing or two from this book? jldross - Here'a a link to Chaptor 16 reprinted in The Resuscitator spring 2001 issue http://www.ohcroo.com/pdf/spring2001.pdf

Yup,same kind of moral bankruptcy the Kennedys suffer from. The way I see it,if they got indoor plumbing& high school grad-e-a-tion paper they might just be considered prominent..Good people do bd things..Its not funny.

Yep, I speak from experience, forget about being able to geta pizza or into the local gas station without being hounded by the Paparazzi! Wait, maybe it is when you have 'Family money'?? You know, as in your parents own the local Video Store AND the Uncle Billy owns the thrift store!! Woo-hoo, thats when you know you have made it in Grafton County baby!!
