New Hampshire relies on tourists and people like me who pay Real Estate Taxes. Haverhill and all its precincts will eventually realize that some areas such as Woodsville are depressed according to city-data. The only way that it will better itself is to clean house of the "big guys"..
The ones left don't know anything else.
As the years go by, I am sickened that I didn't really pay attention to the Town Politics....but until I retired I didn't notice. I will be selling my lake place. I don't believe "legal disclosure" includes "underbelly".
Perhaps some with a backbone will start to question the so called leaders of the pack.

Yes..that is what I remember...we have been going over and over as to how he could see her....because of

Wow, challenging the "leaders of the pack". How brave someone would have to be, with a secret vote to vote people out of office. Let me know how much for the place. I have no problem voting people out of office if they are pissing me off.

Intersting & thank you for the response. Do you or any of the other volunteers know if the Murray family was aware there had been a search for the boy from the school the same night Maura disappeared?

Now Bill, SBD says he saw the crash. Are you calling SBD a liar?

I gave you the quote from SBD himself, and we know Barbara told Hanover dispatch that SBD saw the crash, and his story didn't end there at the end of his driveway.

I think you are reading too much into that phrase. I don't ever remember SBD saying he saw the crash. I thought that it was obvious she "spun on the curve". And that was what he was saying. I don't remember anyone saying or him saying he saw her crash.

When you look back at these misquotes all they are going to do is mess with you head and play mind games with you.

This has happened with the Titanic witness interviews. There were so many different testimony as to what happened who saw and heard what, that is was tough to piece together what happened. Many stories and theories came out to why the ship sank.

Recanting a conversation with someone is very different then stating whether or not you saw something.

People are going to want to hear what they want to hear. They will ask a question and get someone to answer so that they can paraphrase it to make the point that they want to have made.

It would be like me pointing you to article in Whitman Express showing SBD stating "she pleaded with me not to call the police"

SBD did not watch the crash as it was taking happening. He did 'see' the crash, as in he drove by the car aftr it had crashed into the snow bank. ie: He "saw" the crash.

I have said it before but it bears repeaing as many times as needed, if you use a news article for a factual reference, you might as well make your own facts up. Which I know alot of you do anyway.

Nothing printed by any of the local rags can be relied upon as definitive or factual. I moast cases they get about 60% of the facts right on a good day. The people writing these articles are not hardened journalists with fact checkers and experienced editors, they are mostly amateurs, a stay at home mom with a little side job or some college kid working on his Masters.

Perfect example is the article stated above. SBD never saw the accident as it was happening, he did however see the accident after it has happened. That is absolute fact and has never been disputed by any reliable source.
