In regards to what he posted to Observer - I don't know that that was any more than a post intended to scare the original poster. Perhaps to make them realize that making claims about a potentially dead, definitely missing person, is a bad idea? let me ask you this Simply: i f he is indeed a former defense attorney. What is the purpose of scaring Observer? Why then send info to Renner without certainty of who Observer was? that is why the conversation is going on.

Simply does have some good points- FL really is a non factor in maura being missing. I guess it it just something to talk about till facts come in.

Why then send info to Renner without certainty of who Observer was? that is why the conversation is going on. I can only verify that Frederick Leatherman was a prominent defense attorney. I have absolutely no idea why he would scare Observer. I don't see how his argument in that post (that one could be arrested, potentially, for hindering a criminal investigation, or whatever he wrote) would hold water. I see why you would question his motives as to that post - but I don't think it was for any shady reason.

I agree FL is not really relevant to Mauraīs disappearance. Still, one canīt help but wonder about his involvement with the case. He clearly posted with an agenda. Not only did he push the dad-did-it angle, but also the incest theory. FL was a selfprofessed child abuse/molestaion victim, and from what he posted, he recognized traits in FM/MM relationship from his own experiences. Iīm not saying there is any truth to it, just what FL posted. It is quite interesting the way family has went about things re MM missing case, and it makes me wonder what really is at the bottom of it all. Something is rotten in Denmark...

Just me--paris wrote: <quoted text>Maybe i didn't answer this very well, let me try again. The person had to already know my email in order to instant message me on the aol buddy program. I learned how to block ppl from seeing me online, and on aol, as soon as I figured out how that aol program worked. Needless to say, i was pretty suprised when this person started talking to me everytime I signed on. I felt uneasy. The only person I still talk to to this day on the buddy program was in one of the houses where Fred went to talk about keeping an eye out for Maura. It was random and he sat through a good visit. He said Fred was kind. Did you post on Advocates forum? Thank you.

Maybe there once was an apartment building there that was torn down and some people are for whatever reason still registered to that address.

I don't know what year this was posted as his address. He allegedly moved to Paducah in 2006. Posted on both Advīs forums in 2009-10. White pages has his address as Karen Dr, Paducah.

I have no concept of time)....back when Dawn, Mason, WhiteWash all posted - this whole conversation was had re: Mason and whether he was, in fact, who he claimed to be. As I recall, he was verified to be precisely who he claimed. Why are we discussing Mason, again? Forgive me - but I don't see the point. And I'm not being snotty, either. I just don't follow the logic. Because digging up old crap keeps the talk going. You are right SS that its been done.

Seemingly more so than in other missing persons discussions. The timing of the FL discussion is no conicidence. Iīm not particularly into turd stirring, but I think everyone should be aware of whatīs going on, and not let themselves or MM discussion be used for hidden agendas.

Ask questions - get facts then decide.
