Londonderry is a town in western Rockingham County, New Hampshire, United States. The town is bordered on the north by the city of Manchester and on the east by the town of Derry.
How far away was Maura at 4:30? Was she within 20 miles of this area? I think in 04, there were 3 towers, could be wrong on that.

From the ATM and liquor store, to the dormmate who saw Maura leave campus, it was no sooner than 4pm, or was it not?

Billy had said that the last call was made to her own dorm room. He had thought she was checking to see if he had called her there.
Unless I'm totally off my rocker, this is what I recall.
I agree with not so. Someone had to be trying her number and it was a miss for whatever reason, and therefor didn't get recorded.

At 4:30 she was probably in about Brattleboro, nowhere near Londonderry. So this alleged 'Londonderry ping' would definitely be dealing with someone calling her, from the i93 area of southern NH, nowhere near where maura could've been on her trip up north besides, in the affidavit it specifically states it is trying to find the number who called Maura's phone.
The bigger question is whether or not the document is real. The topix poster 'dawn' made a strong case for it being fake, but she was also an anonymous poster and to believe her you would have take her word on a few things. I tend to lean towards believing renner that the document is real due to him being a journalist that has his name and reputation on the line.
So what's the consensus? Seems like most people think the Londonderry doc is real.
As for her last call I thought the last call she made was to her own phone checking her messages not to her dorm, but either way it was to check her messages, afaik.

Sprint reportedly doesn´t take sim cards, they use CDMA technology, where your information is stored directly onto the phone itself. So, poster and friend could have checked to see if it was a Samsung A620 and if it had a sim card. No Samsung A620 = not MM phone and sim card in place = not MM phone. I have one of those in my possesion.. Its a verizon version but still the same model #.. Its what they were giving family plans back in the day.. I saves it for my daughter & no shes moved up to the iPhone 5.. It is VERY bright orange anytime you open it when charged.. There is no room at all for a sim card & the models back then that had sims were Alltell.. If it were on a car charger or held up to see if it had a signal or put to your ear it is very very bright.. Its just ur standard oldschool flip phone with a camera.. That model & the 1 I have are black & grey.. It is about the size of the screen on the iphone 4.. Just the screen, very small.. Has way more grey than black.. I lost several of them back in the day then switched to blackberrys back then.. If lost they are hard to fine because they are so small & the grey is real dull.. Dont really hve no special options to change colors.. Only the charger changed from red to green.. When u flip it the screen is bout the size of a 50 cent piece..

I believe the document/search warrant was 100 percent real. I also believe, however, that one tiny weenie fact in the search warrant was flubbed. But no worries, I beleive investigators got the matter straightened out anyhoo.

What was the fact that you believe the investigators flubbed? I'm not sure what you mean.
They were clearly trying to find a number that tried to call INTO her phone, this was not a call from her phone they were looking into.
They had already known all her outgoing calls and her own cell phone pings within the first week of the investigation, there would be no need for any affidavit searching for that info

Maura checks her cell phone (with last recorded call to ever come to her phone)======= 4:37 p.m. Battleboro is within 13 miles of the cell tower range of Londonderry VERMONT. Now after all your bs and your deep jabs at LE not being interested it seems the found you found didn't even match her make or model. I wonder how fm would feel if he organized a search party to find a phone that had nothing to do with the case. Two years you had to review to see if it was the proper phone before entering this useless data onto a forum of a missing girl. You claim to be intelligent and I believe you are, so why didn't you check this info out before raising people's hopes up about finding the right phone? Drama. Theatre. Mystery. Intrigue. And no other useful, new clues. Keeps the thread going. That's why.

It is a guess but an official guess and the 3:40 time is time-stamped sort of speak as would be the 4:37 cell phone call to herself. And what realy burns by bum ... Is that all these years I have had the handle Orko Kringer, but I just recently found out that for all these years I have been spelling Kringer wrong.... Oh Well, I was actually a Cyclops fan myself from the show,(always felt the one-eye fella got the shaft and he wanted to be a good guy).

LOL, And I actually wasn't even that big of a fan of the show. Got under the skin of a truck driver I was pranking (vie CB Radio) as a kid and when he demanded my name, I freaked out and just blurted out a name to give him it just happened to be Orko Kringer. And I have stuck with that handle ever since. But onto the first point. I was mostly meaning it wasn't any kind of guess work done on my part. Investigators are the ones that have fed media this time-line, so that is why I used the term factual. It is a factual working time-line with some precise times in it.

Orky so your saying they were referencing Londonderry vt correct? Why does that affidavit specifically mention searching for someone that called into Maura's phone, not an outgoing call?

BobJenkins-OG wrote: Wowzer- you hunt don't you? I take it you probably know a lot of hunters in the area? A fairly high percentage of the people up there hunt, like all 5 or 6 people I know that live in woodsville/ n Haverhill area all hunt. Including the girls. Have you ever hunted anywhere in the forest between the WB curve and north Woodstock? Would you agree that is a popular place for hunting? As far as I've always been concerned that is not the kind of area you go hiking for fun in the fall time, that is more of a hunting area than a recreational hiking area. No real hiking trails, too many hunters. You'd better be wearing orange. All just forest. Perfect hunting grounds. When you drive down 112 during hunting season you'll see many trucks parked along the road, mostly in the fire road turn offs that are gated, people walk in from there. I'm not a hunter but I bet it's great hunting in there. I know that my old roommate who's from woodsville used to go hunting in that area ever year with his grandfather who's a woodsville native, they always got deer too. My freezer was full of venison. I'm just wondering if you would agree that area of 112 between the WB curve, well really a few miles up the the rd from there, to north Woodstock is a very popular hunting ground? What about on the other side of the rd. this side with the river on it? Do people hunt that side too or is it not as easy to access? Most hunters that I know hunt the side that the gun club is on. The river crosses the road by the house that sits next to the river, not far from the dam.

Holy cow! It jumped to 3 posts before I even hit the post button. I'll finish my post by saying that driving on 112 toward Lincoln the river will be on your left and then it crosses the road and it will be on your right side. And yes I've hunted the area but closer to 116.
