Not a cheap shot at all. He should NEVER have been Chief or LE of any sort.

James - forgive me for being upfront, but I don't understand why LE would give you FM's phone records for only -02/07-02/08-02/09-02/10 I would think if they were given 20 days they would give you 20 days worth as well. Why would they hold back those days?

I do know Him, have talked to several locals as well as a couple of His colleagues in LE.

I notice you didn't say you talked to him personally.
I have and I have to stick to my guns too. I can't say how he acted with others but I'll repeat that he was courteous, professional and helpful to me.

Soon to be setting up house on a little piece of property just down the hill from the Benton Bible Church. Can't wait to be in the neighborhood.

And he gets really annoyed with people claiming to have inside knowledge of the case. Not to mention the fact that he takes me calling him Columbo a compliment..lol.
