Maybe he was a cunning rich kid who offered rides to damsels in distress?Was he their age?

I guess there must be a good and logical reason for not so much dismissing as never even discussing the possibility tha Brian Rooney or Israel Keyes were in the area in 2004. Seems apparent that Rooney was indeed in Gilan VT in 2004.
