Completely not true at all, where exactly did you get that info from?

SBD was the ONLY person, that we know of, that actually spoke to Maura after her crash and before she dissapeared, hence being the last to see her alive.
There were at least 2 other witnesses who SAW her at her car after the SBD left, walking around her car, gathering up her belongings but NOBODY that we, or LE, are aware of spoke to her after SBD left.

The next person who spoke to her was the person who picked her up, who was likely the last person to ever speak to her unfortunately, as this is the person who most likely also killed her, but thats JMHO and not a fact.

How do you know that Floyd has absolutely nothing to do with MM? How could you possibly know this?
Remember that this is a guy who claimed to have killed 40 people just seconds after killing Liko and laughing about it, a guy who killed Liko and not only showed no remorse but actually was making jokes about it.

Any NORMAL person is going to be distuurbed that they had to take the life of another human being, that's just the way the normal human mind works, even if it was in self defense or the defense of another person. A normal person is going to feel remorse, be disturbed by the disturbing act they had to do. The fact that this guy showed absolutely no remorse and actually was head joking about it around town in the days afterwards is deeply disturbing and should be disturbing to any NORMAL person out there.

The facr is that this guy lived right in the area, and had a scanner for sure. Not only that but he had been known to go out and be unnofficial backup for his buddy. These two assholes harrassed women sometimes, I personally know one young woman who was harrassed by these scumbags, harrassed very badly, to the point where she was actually afraid for her life. She was WAY too scared to file a complaint about it because it was known around town that if you filed a complaint against this cop that he would harrass you a hundred times worse.
So GF, who harrassed women, and lived VERY close by would've heard this all on his scanner and could've been on the scen within minutes, he could've beaten smith there who took 19 mins to get there for some weird reason. I've yet to see anyone show any reason why GF should be written off as a POI in this case.
Another disturbing tidbir is if the CW's sighting is to be believed she was say ducking up a dirt rd up near 116, which is EXACTLY where GF lived.

GF has potential serial killer written all over him and judgin by his total lack of any remorse for taking another humans life it's very possible that he has killed before; which he told liko's friend that he did just moments after shooring Liko dead, basically saying that he was lucky to be alive bc he had killed many times in the past, something to that effect.
GF is a VERY scary individual and clearly a potential suspect for the real CRVK. This is probably why the NHSP took several days digging on his property. You don't dig on someone's property unless you're looking for evidence, and that would be evidence of past murders. What's even scarier is that they were actually able to obtain a search warrant to dig on his property, meaning that the NHSP knows something about this guy that we do not, something that a judge agreed gave them probable cause to dig on the guy's land.
But the CRVK left his victims in the woods in different places.

So wowzer, how exactly do you KNOW that GF has absolutely nothing to do with MM? How could you possible know that? Do you know what he was doing that night? Do you know him personallty?
If you know of something that eliminates him as a possible POI then please present it here, I would love to read it. That way if anyone ever brings him up again I can agree with you that it has absolutely nothing to do with the case.
As it stands now GF is most certainly a POI in my book, and many other's books as well, and rightfully so. He is a scary person for real.

The nose to nose thing actually makes perfect sense.

Maura's car was facing WB in the EB lane, so she was facing the wrong direction.
As the first cop on the scen arrived he woud've had to pull up to her nose to nose and I would imagine that his lights had to have been flashing. A cop isn't supposed to pull up to an accident scene and park without his lights flashing, especially right after a corner like that.
At that point Smith had done everything correct.

The bigger question to me is how the hell is report is so innacurate and has so many mistakes in it, almost to the point of being fiction. I know he did it almost a week later but at that point he knew that a young girl was now missing from his accident scene, shouldn't that make that report one of, if not the most important accident reports he ever filled out in his entire life? To me those errors are unexcusable, he shoud've easily been able to get that right. So that then, IMO, begs the question of whether he got it wrong on purpose. I just don't know, it was eiter intentional or just gross stupidity. Either way, the facr that just 5-6 years later this guy was then the cheif of the HPD is simply mind-blowing to me. But what do I know about the HPD, seems like they ahve some pretty ass backwards ways of doing things, but thats JMO.

Even the NHSP now admits they believe foul play is involved, as evident by the fact that she was put on the CCU list. The CCU site clearly says that only missing persons where foul play is suspected are included; so they believe foul play most likely occured here, which is a very logical conclustion for them to draw.

So just think about this for a min-you're a troll on a thread about a missing girl who was most likely murdered, that is fkn sick and disgusting dude. Something interesting from the epilogue of maribeth conway's series: she said that 'almost everyoe I interviewed over the past couple months for this article believe that foul play occured'- not an ecact quote but pretty close and that is what she said.

She interviewed almost every major player in this case, I can't even think of anyone important to this case she didn't interview; from the Family, to LE, to witnesses and even just locals- and almost all of them believe foul play happened. I'm sure many of them didn't want to sathat on the record but they said it to her. That says something right there if almost everyone that she interviewed believes foul play happened.
That means that almost everyone connected to the case in any way believes she was a victim of foul play; which is actually a very logical conclusion to draw if you look at this case objectively.

So it seems that almost everyone believes she got murdered, except a motley crew of straight up weirdos that post on this forum. I just find it interesting that almost everyone connected to the case believes foul play occurred but then we have these weirdo trolls on this thread that try to shut down any conversations that involves the very real possibility that she was murdered.

She did a great job with tha series, she really did. She scored an interview with all the major players. When she says that almost everyone she interviewed believes foul play happened, that's saying something right there.
