I lived in Marine county for six years as a child..Found him on facebook. Has a private account but he has a couple of pictures with his young son in front of a Christmas tree posted. So sad for the little guy. I wonder what heck happened?

The littleton case is very sad . It appears that this educated and well loved lady was in the wrong place at the wrong time. This could happen to anyone and it is a real travesty. I feel so bad for her family and for this woman to lose her life to this creep. This is not funny at all. First murder since 1999 in Littleton They say.

I bit of a scheduling glitch at work that leaves me with a few unexpected unplanned days. Wife and kids are working and at school. I suppose I have spent a bit too much time on here the last few days..Maybe I'll do a little ice fishing tomorrow.

That's good - I have never ice fished before but I do like fishing for trout. I was looking forward to the dog sled races in Chocoura ,but they were postponed cause of lack of snow on the lake. Plenty cold to freeze the ice but no snow for the dogs. It looks like they will be trying in a few weeks to get the race in.

The red truck, we know a red truck was pulled over at 5:26am tang but why would you think it's THE RED TRUCk? It was some guy from Nashua and as far as we know that truck was stopped without incident, Maura certainly was not in that truck. So what's up with that? I think it's pretty clear that they initially thought something was up with the fact MM was missing and they thought she might've been abducted, possibly due to something sbd too them, IMO, and they treated is it as such, making those stops and a fee actions smith made that night. I think by the next morning where they didn't know anything, they had no clue who was in the red truck, absolutey no idea where Maura was they went I RO damage control mode, so to speak. They then decided because there was no direct evidence she was missing they weren't going RO admit they though she might've been abducted. It's pretty clear that despite what Fred said early on the NHSP did treat this like a major case, within the first days they thought something was up, even if they didnt want to admit it. I think the local cops were more concerned about making sure they didn't look bad in the whole thing. This is probably why smith chose to low to the family, or was ordered to lie to the family by one of his superiors, to make it look like they didn't even know someone was really missing, they didn't even know it was a girl driving. To me. And this is jmo, the fact that smith lied is a dead giveaway they were in damage control. They did not want to look like the agency that can't catch some guy that was literally minutes ahead of them, just looks bad. The way I see it was once the night was over & they realized they either had no clue who the guy in the red truck was or that there was no way they were gonna catch him, or both, they decided to play down the possibility of foul play. It just looks like there's no way they knew who the guy in the red truck was, just seems like no way. I've been trying to find the article that mentioned it but in the following week or two weeks the cops actually did a roadblock near the WB curve and stopped everyone that drove that rd, they may have done one one the first year anniversary as well. This tells me they had no clue who the red trick driver was but they wanted to know. You only do a roadblock like that if you want to know who is regularly driving that road on Monday nights. That tells me that the guy pulled over at 5:26am Has nothing to do with the case at all.

Maribeth Conway, who interviewed pretty much every major player in this case, the woman who in lost people's opinions wrote the definitive article on maura Murray said "nearly everyone I've interviewed in the past few months about this case believe foul play is what happened" That is a very interesting statement because obviously everyone she interviewed didn't want to say that on the record but said it off the record. That means that nearly everyone major that was involved in this case thinks she's a victim of foul play. To me that's very telling; seems like pretty much everyone who knows about this case believes foul play happened except a few weirdo trolls that visit topix. Interesting.
