If I´m interpreting Tang correctly, he seems to be suggesting the following:

1. There is a red truck involved in Maura´s vanishing, which is owned by a person with a primary (?) residence in Nashua, NH, and a vacation residence somewhere along Bradley Hill Road, close to where Maura´s car ended up on Rte 112.
2. That this same person driving a red truck was stopped by LE in the early hours of February 10th, 2004, on IIRC Rte 25 near Pike, NH (?).
3. That this same truck has been seen at some point being parked on or near the UMass campus in Amherst,MA.
4. That this same truck was the one which was being observed by witness RO while walking on Rte 112 in the village of Swiftwater shortly before Maura´s car accident.
5. That this same truck was the one being observed by a witness while parked at the side of Bradley Hill Road at about the time of Maura´s vanishing.

Now, the big question would seem to be:
Was the driver of this red truck previously known to Maura or a complete stranger?
Friend or foe?
Obviously, even a previous friend can at some point turn into a foe.

It would also appear that LE would likely be in the possession of the name and other details regarding the owner of the truck in question, if it was indeed being stopped by LE in the early morning of February 10th, 2004, as argued by Tang.

EXACTLY. LE has this info. Let them do their jobs. 9 years later, no red truck driver has been arrested.
