Yep. At least with Jenkins you can skim the first few lines and know if you've already read this one. Plus, Jenkins is funny when he gets all wound up. Green reminds me of an accountant I know. He told long boring stories and tried to work calculus into every conversation.

Doesn't matter what the other posters do. Jenkins is consistently wrong. Trading one fallacy for another is still a fallacy. An untruth is an untruth. The scary thing about Jenkins is he exists, this is someone that anyone could bump into in a store and have to speak to him. Green will stop, but Jenkins will continue and continue and continue.

I have to go through Asheville NC right on I-40 to get there.. Going through most of Asheville has this "paper mill" nasty smell.. Ohh well.. Owning a record label in the south, I work with lots of bands.. Eve of Redemption is out of Asheville NC.. What's the name of your band Mr. Green? I work with everyone from Geffen to Young Money.. Your a song writer right? Or a cover band? If yall is playing lemme know & ill stop by & listen.. I know I'll be in Maggie Valley for at least a day......

From the very same Cold Case Unit website victims list. They have two categories for Homicide listed: Unsolved Homicide Suspicious Death Those are very clearly Homicide investigations and the option to label MM's disappearance as one of them was and is available to them. Yet they choose to categorize MM as a Missing Person. A suspicion of foul play may get them on the list, but it is ONLY suspicion. Missing Person is more likely a catch all for "we don't really know wtf happened but we want to keep looking". If and when this becomes a murder investigation, they will then be able to label MM's disappearance as such.

His father may be the Senior Pastor at Christ Anglican church in Asheville and is a partner in Oscher Green consulting... Emmett, He is pictured on Face book with an acoustic cutaway, which is my chosen axe for my current gig, so, I'm guessing it's not hip hop, hardcore or anything to progressive..!

I didn't see any attorney work listed. In my experience dealing with former lawyers turned consultants online, many have been disbarred or received disciplinary action that prompted them to leave the practice. They typically casually leave out that part and don't let others know what state they practiced in in hopes that no one will contact the state bar to find out the truth. I've yet to encounter anyone who altogether lied about being a lawyer, but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen. Whatever the case may be, I would have more respect for Green if he would just tell his readers the truth. He does seem to be a talented musician.
