I can only speculate that John Green and Tyler missed this the first time, so I am re-posting it. I mean, with all the new pieces of evidence that Green has discovered I can only believe that there is at least one new piece of evidence that they could post here???

We are begging you. I mean, think of all those people who are here and have been for so long and are desperate, waiting for all these years for any NEW piece of evidence. The break in the case, as it were. And to think that you might possess such a piece of evidence and not only are you hiding it from us, but I pray you aren't keeping it from the police. I mean, sharing one piece of the newly discovered evidence will do several things. It would keep us from continuing to believe that you are just another ass-clown. And it would allow people here who "want to examine the Maura" question, new fodder for examination, which has been totally lacking for so many years. I mean, what a hero you would be.

Of course all this presupposes that you aren't just another ass-clown, which might just be a bad supposition.

John addresses this very point in his blog...He states that one of the main reasons he is not disclosing his new potentially bombshell information, is his desire to starve the topix crowd. Apparently, like the famous Pavlov, he intends to condition us to the ring of his dinner bell. As the saliva begins to drip, we will be willing to do anything for a bite of kibble, even prostitute ourselves to his commie regime. I wonder was Mr. P so arrogant that he explained his experiments to his dogs first hand?

That is the funniest and most full of sxxt concept I think I have ever heard. A virtual laugh riot.

So he believes that he is "sitting" on valuable evidence, that could help an investigation, and he is trying to use it like the pied piper? Does this same invitation extend to the police, or is he handing this information over to them gratis?

I mean we know how he handled the CW libel, i.e. if he comes to Green's site by accident he can tell me his side of the story but until then he is guilty. Does he take the same method with the police. "If they happen to find out my evidence" then I'll talk to them? Wow, it is easy to tell with him, it is all about Maura and the case. No hidden agendas with him, nope.

Re the search warrant to get inside the car.

If LE truly thought the car was abandoned,they would have just waited for the owner to come claim it. Lavoie's would have been paid their towing fee by the owner and the owner would say "whew what a crazy night that was" and be on their way.

In the state that I am from, if a vehicle is abandoned.....in the road and causes a hazard,LE contacts the towing company and before it is towed from the scene, the officer makes a written inventory of all contents. This includes trunk and glovebox.

If the vehicle is locked, then an written inventory is done by what can be seen through the windows.

And, again, this is if the vehicle is causing a traffic hazard and abandoned. Which is what LE claimed was the case with the vehicle registered to Fred Murray. So, why did they obtain a search warrant? Research NH laws. Only reason it be obtained in state where I'm from is if they suspected a crime had been committed.

I'm honestly interested in this case, anyone that read me last year when I first saw the ID show knows I tried.. I've posted theories, looked at google maps looking for routes, wrote poetry, asked questions, argued & made nice people mad at me (which treat me with the same respect I treat them with now), made some net buddies, offered what little help I can being over 18hrs away, etc;

Sadly, except the clues of her life before her disappearance posted by Mr. Renner, there is nothing to go over that I know of... I pop in and out every few months to see if there is anything new but sadly there isn't... It doesn't make me a bad person to chat with my net buddies here!! I'm still here in support and sincerely hope something is found out! I thought with the skulls found last year that maybe we would have something.. I feel sorry for the family, but we have no evidence!

When it comes down to it, this is what I know & it's been beaten to death!
Rag in tail pipe - red truck - alcohol - emails to work/college - cc theft - NYE Party - mug shot - gone in about 10mins (disappeared)- rumors of a sexually explicit cd of pictures taken at said NYE party (posted last year)- two crashes in 48 hours - an ATM photo no ones seen - calls to inquire about resorts/hotels - West Point violation - her friend won't talk "scared to get her in trouble" (which throws in Vasi)- lots so speculation.. How many times can the same people go over this small stuff??

Then, also, when it comes to me - its a small mistake of putting my firearm on my dash (which anyone knows or can google is the law in the south) & people saying I'm a gambino & other garbage that is always brought up.. Some people with honest intentions asked what I done for a living, I told them about being in the military & my job with diplomats + my music company...

Either way, I enjoy talking with the friends I've made here (even though idk their names & the ones I do, no one will get from me nor have I posted anything bout anyone's real life stuff) & enjoy discussing the disappearance when something at least tangible comes out or answering new people..

Here in VA (South-West VA anyway, the country part) they leave cars on the side of the bypass (220 road to Roanoke or Greensboro NC) with white rags (or shirts, whatever's handy) hanging out the window for days! If it was in a wreck, they tow it (unless its out of the way by hitting a deer or something) within an hour or two.. I know here they can & sometimes will take a drunk drivers vehicle (like take it from them & impound it then if you have a lean you have to get your bank or whatever to get it released) because it seems that Va doesn't play with drunk drivers & I don't blame them cus lots of innocent people get hurt! But idk about search warrants & stuff with a car left.. From things I've seen in our local paper, they only get in it if a crime has been committed (Im guessing they do that before its found out to be a crime but it doesn't say much in the small paper we get)...

I've never heard of putting a rag in a tail pipe for a broken down car before I heard about this case, it's always your window... But I know things are different all over...

OK, now I have a little more to report. If you look at the book on amazon you can read the copyright without buying the book. Since it doesn't allow me to reproduce any of the information in this self published book I will need to give you the gist without the direct quote.

Here goes. He basically says this book is a work of fiction. We kind of knew that but he goes on to say that the entire book is based on his imagination and there is no resemblance to anyone living or dead. Then in a separate paragraph he continues to explain that anything related to Maura, and any "conversations" with Maura's family in the book are total fiction and and anything attributed to them as far as behavior or activities are in no way based on real life events.

Amazon allows one to look at some of the content of the book. If you use that feature, go to the copyright notice and you can read his description and what appears to be a disclaimer to me.

So in short, it appears to be a novel, and only a novel. Why he uses a real person and their name for a novel, again, self published, seems low rent to me. Using a known tragedy to push a novel you are writing for profit that has no basis in fact.
