Hey Buncy, I have a question for an expert on legal matters like yourself.
If someone would call a possibly disbarred lawyer fat, ugly and an idiot (not that anyone would of course), would that be libellious? No, wait, I know the answer to that one. It´s not libel if it can be proven in a court of law beyond a reasonable doubt the lawyer in question, disbarred or not, in fact is fat, ugly and an idiot. Especially if the purpose of calling him those things is for his own benefit, so he can stop being fat, ugly and an idiot. All of this is of course purely hypothetical.

Nobody to my knowledge yet has broken a criminal law except the interstate stalking law which criminalizes using electronic communications to publish repeated attacks calculated to annoy, harass, etc. Since that law is probably unconstitutional, let's leave it and just acknowledge that the persons who committed libel did not commit crimes. They committed torts, for which they can have their bank accounts seized.

OK lawyer man. We are getting closer to the truth. We started with "Malicious Libel", intended to sound scary and all lawyer-like and now we are down to a "tort", which sounds like a fart and is the legal equivalent one. In what way has this caused you harm, you poor thing? hahaha. I agree. This guy is too dumb to be Green. I do think that JG saw the reference to his blog here on Topix and pointed it out to Buncy though. They may be friends, swimming at the bottom of the lawyer pool. They may even have battled over the same ambulance a time or two. They probably bump into each other at the courthouse at the Ridiculously Frivolous Tort Department.

This is america, we have something called freedom of speech. It is VERY difficult to bring action against someone for libel, extremely difficult. I've read what's been written, nobody has anything to worry about.
