I believe that the Topix TOS don't allow one to post links, either for self aggrandizement or even for useful information. They may be cracking down on that.

today, with the terrible news of the young murdered teacher north of boston, i have decided it is immoral to participate in these kinds of online conversations.
this young woman and her family couldn't have possibly imagined becoming the headljne / feature for local, national and international news when she left for work earlier this week.
MM's story belongs to her family and the authorities. it is their business.
i don't believe much can be accomplished here, after almost 10 years, by strangers stopping by, commenting and arguing.
i hope she, and all the missing, may be reunited with their loved ones. i hope there is no more gun violence in public places, and i hope we each can always do what we can, when we can, to make a positive difference...and then let go.
