And the above makes you an expert on Maura Murray? How is that? Boasting, bragging. Do you think this makes you unique and special? There are many NH people on these forums. REAL NH people not like you who live in NC. And you know more then Renner??? I have read his books and I find him to be an excellent researcher and a man dedicated to digging for the truth. Not just the sycophantic bullshit that you and Shack are forever spewing.

I don't recall the source of those statements regarding Mr. Murray refusing to talk to LE for 2 1/2 years ever being revealed and I doubt it will ever be because Attorney General Ayotte made a direct statement to the press to the contrary in 2005. Is this person claiming Senator Ayotte is a liar? From my perspective, it sure looks like it. I'm more apt to believe an Attorney General who was elected to a Senate seat, wouldn't you? The reason why Mr. Murray was accompanied by (2) attorneys was because he petitioned the courts through the FOIA & Freedom of Information Act regarding obtaining documents and information pertaining to Maura's investigation in which he had been denied by law enforcement. This spear headed a several year long court battle which resulted in Mr. Murray's name being marked in New Hampshire's history for setting precedent. For those whom are unaware of the term and meaning of the word precedent, Mr. Murray's pleas for information about Maura's investigation resulted in the FOIA & Right to Know laws being re-written. You can view the amendments/revisions to New Hampshire's Right to Know law on the NH Attorney General's website. Whomever is feeding the latest of misinformation to the general pubic hasn't done sufficient research and should be the one hanging his head in shame. EWB, you just can't stay away can you? Your holier than thou attitude is getting real old. If you are so fulfilled in your life, why do you keep reading the "BS" forum. We are here to read about Maura and what happened to her. Nobody cares about your social status and how many "family" members you have that still live in NH. Please be truthful when you say you will never read here again. You have said that atleast a dozen times, only to return and tell us how great you are.

Yawn... and once again we hear how smart you are,how educated you are,how you have real friends(are their fake friends?), how you have friends and family that own property and pay taxes in NH. You hold yourself in high esteem. When you bragged about yourself before I believe I said something like who really cares or who gives a rat's a*s so once again I'll say who gives a rat's ass and I doubt anyone really cares about your bragging. EWB if you are so intelligent then why are you reading and participating in what you think is a BS blog? You're such a rude and disrespectful person. And YES, you should be hanging your head in shame. You helped do the damage.

The fact that I was born in New Hampshire, studied legal research in NH, and have actual ties to folks who live in work in the state is bragging? I haven't been keeping up with any of the most recent forums or blogs about Maura for quite a few years ........ but I have been keeping up with what's been going on in my home state. Carry on .... believe what you want. Senator Ayotte made a direct statement to the press in Dec.'05' that Mr. Murray had frequent contact with NHS Major Crimes Unit. She also stated that she had just met with Mr. Murray and spoke with him personally along with the team of lead investigators in the spring of '05'.

sentence 1: no one cares about your background; it is irrelevant, and the 'credentials' are not particularly stellar or qualifying to comment on a BS blog. sentence 2: while you may enjoy following the state of your 'home state', that, too, has little relevance in assessing MM's disappearance. after all, she could be alive in Canada, or elsewhere, or she may never have landed in NH in the first place after running from Amherst. who knows? so, have it out with mr. renner. he may appreciate your input.

Yes the way it was stated it was most certainly bragging IMO. There are others here, myself included, that pay taxes in NH, have relatives that live in NH, have friends in NH and are well educated. But most don't know this about these posters because these posters haven't felt the need to go on a public forum and brag about themselves. I think it was quite arrogant to feel the need to explain the term and meaning of a word (precedent). Do you think the posters on this forum are so stupid that they don't know the word or how to look it up if they don't know exactly what it means? And if you really think that we believe you're not watching this forum along with your other buddies then you are sadly mistaken.

Wowzer, I didn't know what the meaning of the word precedent meant until it was explained to me by the law professor. It as also explained to the class that if they new anything about law from any other state to erase it from our brains because New Hampshire law is different and it's is quite rare to set precedent in New Hampshire. I'm done...stayed away for a good few years..staying away for good....

looks like the same storm that blew it back in is washing it out to sea again. i need to remind myself that i am not reading from the bible of shack, but from the revised edition. sentence 1 above: seriously? you "didn't know what the meaning of the word precedent meant until it was explained to me by the law professor."? i must be a genius. sentence 2 above: the point of the e-communication. brilliant. sentence 3 above: AMEN

The 7:05 scanner call is being looked into at this time. It will show that Maura had a slight accident on Swiftwater rd. It will also bring to light the 7:29 call of an accident at the Weathered Barn corner on Rte.112. What I have learned recently after 7 1/2 yrs. of investigating this case will bring a whole NEW LIGHT to this mysterious case. The answers will surprise some but not most. Jack

Wowzer.... You have previously stated that the tree marked w/ the ribbon at the supposed accident site it not actually the place where the car was positioned. You stated it was further down rte. 112 east towards the corner of Bradley Hill rd. This makes sense that if the car was further down 112 in front of John Marrotte's house by his Balsam trees that it would be able to be seen by Marrotte as well as yourself. It also gives credence to the fact that one (1) of Marrotte's balsam trees on his front lawn was damaged. It is the tree that has been trimmed of its lower branches. I noticed this yrs. ago but never really put any connection to it because of where We were told the car was. Could You see the car, any or all of it from your house on the corner? Did You witness anything that night? Did You go out to try and help? Did You do anything. Just wondering..?

Almost as funny as people running out of their houses with guns drawn. That still has the locals laughing. I'd be an idiot to play into your little game and let on where I live after seeing what happened to others whose addresses were made public. Sorry Joke but you'll have to keep wondering.

You also state you noticed damage to one of those trees. Of course I'm not denying what I said. It's right there in black and white and you saw the damage with your own eyes. Unlike some others I don't blurt out people's names on a public forum. PS: You have no idea who I am and I intend to keep it that way. Too many nuts on public forums. I've seen some of them in action right here. PS again: I'm praying hard that Renner gets to the bottom of this.
