Yep us people that live in the woods use actual English and thankfully aren't subjected to what FindMaura calls "modern ebonic terms".

I too watched soul train and Fat Albert as a child, but, my grasp of ebonics isn't as impressive as yours. I'm a big fan of everyone being proud of their culture, however,(you must have missed my recent rant on demographics) you are aware that you are posting in a rural NH. forum. You really remind of JG trying to show us how brilliant you are. The problem is; you are blaming a demographic for not buying your product. when in fact your faulty research or arrogance as I like to cal it l persuaded you to sell in a market that just isn't viable for your product. Now some might call that stupid. I chose to call it the findy reasoning principal, and I'm certain that there are millions of marketing research firms throughout the universe and beyond will soon realize that insulting potential buyers while trying to show off knowledge of vernacular that doesn't relate to the targeted audience is the way of the future.
A small bit of trivia; Burger Kings "where's the beef" campaign was originally directed at vegetarians. It was a complete shock that they were able to capture such a large group of carnivores with it.
