Who is this? The list of possible people you could be is now extremely short.
At this point, why not reveal your identity?
Sam - don't play this game with them. They're already angry no one watched their movie and commented on it so now they are doing this for attention.

You can't ignore evidence Bill, you constantly gloss over the fact that the damage was to her front left even though that is actually the least likely corner of the vehicle to sustain damage after spinning out around a left hand turn. You also blatantly ignore the fact that in the original pictures there's no damage to her bumper yet damage above & below it. You're correct that there's no obvious indication of metal to metal contact, but you're missing the forest for the trees when you constantly harp on that one stupid point.
I don't seem to be ignoring any evidence. That one stupid point is what keeps that other stupid point from being considered true. Maybe you weren't here when the trailer hitch theory turd was thrown over the wall for people to grind on for months. Totally absurd but that is what he and some others did. Throw a totally whacked idea with no evidence over the wall and watch people run with it. He has a vivid imagination. You should have seen some of the turds he plopped over on the Patric McCarthy forum.

As to your point. The pictures I saw always showed damage to the bumper but because it sprung back I suspect that others could not see it. The damage was always clearly there in a straight vertical line, like maybe the car hit a tree. Having the evidence and seeing what the evidence portrays are two entirely different things. Ask renner. He is great at adding 2 and 2 and getting 5.

Some time back a woman, local to the area, reported hearing an earlier scanner communication involving an accident just before the WB accident. You might get acquainted with everything if you dig in&read all thats here..
Jenkins wrote:
There was a poster on here that claimed to have heard an earlier accident on the scanner that night around 7pm. She was very believable & she is not the only person who heard this accident, contrary to what wowzer says there are other people from the area who heard an earlier accident on their scanners. Whether this was Maura is unknown but it makes sense considering the damage to her car.
Look at the damage to her car, it clearly wasn't a snow bank or tree that caused all the damage. There is damage below her bumper, this is consistent with hitting a snowbank. Then her bumper is undamaged & above her bumper her hood is pushed into a sharp dent that's gotta be at least 6" deep, a tree can't do this, it's physically impossible. Maybe, possibly a snow bank could somehow cause it? Maybe it's possible but that damage to the hood is not consistent with a snowbank hit, & after living in NH for 12yrs I've seen A LOT of damage from snowbanks.
So we got people who say they heard an earlier accident at 7pm & we have damage to her car that is more consistent with 2 accidents than 1. Does this mean she definitely crashed earlier? No, but there's a good chance that she did. It's at LEAST something that should be considered.
Also consider the fact that all of the very earliest news reports, including a quote from HPD cheif Williams, have the accident happening at or just after 7pm, it was later reports that had the time pushed back to 7:30, be it accurately or eroneously. Something else that's interesting & indicates that an earlier crash at 7 very well may have happened.
I've been following this case since day 1, way back in '04 it was my gut instinct that this earlier accident did happen & it has something to do with her disappearance; & honestly it still is my gut instinct. Just looking at the pics of the car & considering the timing & statements from people I just can't shake the feeling that these are all not just coincidences, idk but it seems like you need to overlook a lot of coincidences to write this off. They very well may be, but idk.

****-_--_-FYI...I've been given permission to pass this information along. A while ago, a professional accident re-constructionist examined Maura's vehicle. This is his conclusion, based on the condition of the vehicle AND the black box: "He concluded that there was only one event...at the red barn. She hit a snow bank only. No trees and no prior damage to the vehicle."

TAKE A LOOK at Soco mag Aug 2011. Some people here use the same moniker but change their story, but pretend that they are honest on account of the latter.

I always wondered, and tried to get the name of the "accident re-constructionist:". I'm still not buying it. Don't know who "he" is or what his qualifications are. Really? A snowbank? Damaged the hood at a single contact point that high? Now, if you want to tell me that some undercarriage damage was also due to the snowbank in addition to the trees, yea, I can believe that. I still point to Officer Smith's excellent report that shows the vehicle going into and reflected off of the trees. Entirely consistent with the damage seen to the vehicle. Regardless of what someone else of unknown "credentials" guessed about what happened. And I would love to see the black box data. LOVE TO.
