All I can say is it is there in the group as posted here, I copied and pasted the full text of the part concerning the accident. There was more to the post concerning Maura NOT being in Goshen on new years eve. Then a long rambling about the family's efforts. It is way down the page, posted on January 14.

You referenced a report that there is no link to and no creditable eyewitness who can say they read it and what it contained.

Another red herring. Just because they are required to pass that information along to police in NO WAY prevents them from sharing that information with anyone else. I just thought I'd share this because it was quite a strange experience. I also welcome suggestions (even implausible or humorous ones) as to her motive.

He came out on Cemetery Rd by the first sharp curve, correct? Wasn't there a witness that saw him? It's takes about 1 minute more than if he went on the dirt portion that comes out on French Pond Rd. He most likely didn't want to drive through the pot holes on the dirt portion. I think the timing was about right. What am I missing here?
I think I know what you are insinuating with your mention of the people in the a-frame. If I'm correct I sure hope you have lots of proof to back it up before you try any further to ruin someone's reputation.

January 14, thanks, that's enough. But for the record I am not a member of the FB group & actually very rarely even read it. Too skewed, it's too the point that I barely believe much of what the family has to say as a lot of it over the years has turned out to either be proven false or not make any sense.

So what do you think about the questions I raised? Why do you think what the family is saying now is the exact opposite of what was posted on their own forum back in '07? Who in your opinion is more reliable the family today or Frank Kelly in '07? If you believe what the family is saying now then why do you think Kelly was lying about that & why would the family allow him to blatantly lie on their own forum? How does this make any sense?

Obviously the easiest answer is that the earlier accident didn't happen, which is what I'm leaning towards, but that opens up it's own set of questions about why this retired NHSP detective lieutenant would lie about something like this & why would the family allow him to do that?

Whole thing makes no sense in a whole bunch of ways, looking at it both ways too, just makes zero sense.

So you don't consider a retired NHSP detective lieutenant a reliable eyewitness? If you don't consider him to be then who would you consider reliable?

I'd personally be happy to throw out the earlier accident theory, all it does is muddy up the waters that are already muddy as hell, but I also think this needs to be cleared up.

I was writing the response I just posted and didn't see this. I don't believe the person I quoted has been posting for that long. Still, somebody has been trying to access at least one person's account here, perhaps they have tried others.

Maruchan -- you make a very good point. Perhaps her account was hacked. But I must clarify that it was not the woman you quoted.

The woman you quoted was a relative newcomer to this case. She left after the hacking attempts. Someone was trying to access her Gmail account, as well. She brought a lot to the discussion, and it's a shame.

The woman I am talking about, however, may similarly be a victim of hacking. Thanks for drawing that to my attention as well as hers.

The woman who sent me the message yesterday is probably not pomkik. That's my feeling, anyway, at the moment. But I'm not sure. I think I'm still trying to process it.

You do gotta give Bill credit though, guy can sure talk some shit, he's very good at making it sound like he knows what he's talking about even when he doesn't, I'll give him that much.
He blew his own credibility with the excellent report statement, that one's just obvious. At absolute best someone who thinks it's accurate could call it adequate, thing ain't excellent I don't care who you are nobody can truly believe that, there's just no way in hell.

I think the EMS driver's account of the accident is MUCH more accurate & actually makes sense, it actually explains the damage to her vehicle as opposed to Smith's report which makes absolutely no sense. If she actually spun put after the curve like he said then there's no explanation to the damage only being on the front driver's side corner which was the LEAST likely corner to sustain damage. If you spin out on a left hand curve & end up ass end into a snowbank how the hell is the front driver's side the only spot to get damage? His report is total garbage.

Something I found amusing was a few weeks back someone was commenting on the EMS guy's account & Bill's cheerleaders get on the poster saying that he's an EMS guy, what the hell does he know. That's so funny because that's exactly what their resident 'expert' Bill is, an EMS driver lol; a fireman too I think but an EMS driver. He's a hosehead, big time. I just find it amusing how the EMS driver they don't agree with doesn't know shit bc he's only an EMS driver, but yet Bill knows all bc he's an EMS driver & has had just soooo much experience & blah blah blah. Lol.

Bill knows some shit, he's smart I will give him that too, but sometimes he's also totally full of shit. There has been many occasions that's he's said things that aren't true & he must know they're not true bc he's not an idiot.

Just saying, buyer beware when reading WTH's posts, he does a good job sounding like he knows what he's talking about even when he doesn't & he's not afraid to lie.
