Wowzer the real one wrote: <quoted text> At this point Sam I don't know who's lying and who's telling the truth. Billy said he was helping to find the people/person that was threatening you and others and he had technical know how. He offered two names and asked if I thought it could be one of them. I didn't give him an answer because for one I don't know much about it and two I have no idea who could be threatening people. Tyler is correct about who this person said he was because he told me the same. He also said that he had no contact with Ben and that Tyler got a number of headers from Ben and sent them to him. Who knows what the truth really is. At this point only God knows and I think even he is scratching his head. over the years, i've come to realize it's always a mistake to ignore your wise counsel that few, if any, are trustworthy. i'll add that sloppy Topix still serves to feed insatiable, ego-driven appetites, all in the name of MM. the most recent configuration seems to include one or two goddesses of gossip at the center, each with far-reaching, sticky tentacles. i hope you feel well enough to put out a bowl of popcorn. the subplots are thickening.

The car never hit the tree. What did the car come into contact with.? Billy Boy knows nothing about the true circumstances behind the damage to the Saturn. Billy Boy keeps the TREE THEORY going so people will eventually believe the NON-TRUTH. Why Billy Boy.? You should really just give in to the TRUE FACT....YOU ARE WRONG.! John Why don't you put all these little one liners about "nose to nose" "not hitting the tree" "who was in cruiser 505" and all this silly nonsense into an actual workin theory. Also please make sure you work it back to your associate in movie production because you always cycle back to him anyway. You can't write out a working theory because you start laughing at yourself three lines into it.

WTH-the-original wrote: <quoted text> Jenky, I find it disturbing that I have to explain to you how an over-correction happens and what the results can look like. If Maura came around that corner and started to fishtail to the right she would correct by turning the car to the right. If her correction was to large, the car starts to fishtail to the left because of the OVER-CORRECTION. If she can't recover from the over-correction then the car is heading for the trees, if she over-corrected enough it is possible that the slide and movement of the car COULD have hit leading with the drivers side. Or the car may have only hit a single tree considering how shallow the angle was shown in that excellent report. Now the important part of this is that the report only shows the terminal portion of the crash and make no attempt to try to explain how she managed to get the car in that attitude, nor does it need to. You need to learn about something called pertinent past history. Bearing in mind the word pertinent (adj: relevant or applicable to a particular matter). How does it matter how the car got there? Will that solve where Maura is? The report reflects what happened in the terminal portion of the crash and it is laid out in an excellent manner. With all needed pertinent information by a trained impartial, observer, right on an easy to read form. He doesn't make any guesses, just reports what he sees. Someone crashed their car near a corner and then ran from the scene after being seen by several people, almost certainly to avoid a drunk driving charge. If you need more help with this search out youtube videos. I am sure you are the only one that doesn't know how over-corrections happens. Bill Ok but you're ignoring one critical part here, the fact that the witnesses reported that her vehicle ended up with her rear end into the bank, not her front. So how did she bounce back off the tree, spin around & then end up ass end in? Your point about how is this gonna help find Maura is valid, & determining exactly what happened in the crash probably won't have any bearing on what happened after the crash but it could, you don't know what happened to her & neither do I, therefore we need to look at what's available to us. This is, & has been One of the major problems with this case since the beginning, te glaring contradictions at almost every turn. We have a police report that directly contradicts what the witnesses stated, why is that? Do you have any idea how her car could've sustained so much damage while being held as evidence by Troop F? Do you not find something seriously wrong with that? Why is it that the ONLY damage to the car while in the NHSP's custody just happens to be EXACTLY where the damage from the accident is, ruining any & all evidentiary value the vehicle held when it was taken into custody by the NHSP, for evidence? How do you Look at that & NOT wonder WTF? I'm definitely not saying that's proof of some conspiracy but WTF is going on here? Is it commonplace for the NHSP to let evidence being held by them get ruined? Damn NH must be a great place to be a criminal huh? They can't even hold evidence, how do they ever get any convictions?

Think back. There was a flurry of activity in the back of car and there was a trunk light on. And didn't she have trouble getting the car door open because of the snow bank? How could this have happened if the car rear end was into the bank?

just a comment going forward from the mini- drama of recent weeks. Wowzer's assessment is absolutely correct. her integrity is well established over many years. this "Billy" (trust me...there's no new poster who jumps in without previous involvement) stirs the pot, and spreads accusations that are untrue. the extent of "Ben's" involvement was to protect "Sam" from "death threats". his intent was noble. it's often true that no good deed goes unpunished. i remain highly suspicious of the others....whose integrity is questionable, imo. i have a good book to read and work to do now, but don't take lightly the muddying of names of well established topix posters. while they are very different in their presentations, they are both well-meaning and honest individuals.
