"In a recent issue (November 2008) of "Scene Magazine", Mr. Renner targets my uncle as Amy's killer. Mr. Renner's conclusion is based on circumstantial evidence. He will not acknowledge or mention three key facts: 1) My uncle passed an FBI-adminstered polygraph test. 2) My uncle provided DNA to law enforcement officials several years ago. 3) My uncle has not been arrested. Law enforcement officials stated there have been "thousands" of suspects. Furthermore, local law enforcement officials were quoted as saying, "his (Mr. Renner's) article does a disservice to the investigation." Mr. Renner will not allow facts to get in the way of a story." "a disservice to the investigation" Huh..! John Smith

And he keeps proving it time after time.....! John Smith...Yes I am.! ********** "James Renner was not fired because of this story, he was fired for insubordination. The owner of Scene thought he was an ass, nothing more, nothing less...And why would Coughlin sue the "messengers"(you people), in the grand scheme you people don't matter, he is far more likely to sue the people quoted in the article. Think about it, what could he even possibly gain from suing Renner, my guess is at best a letter from a bankruptcy court saying his judgment against Renner has been stripped through bankruptcy due to Renner's lack of assets and income. Let's be real, once you have been fired by Scene Mag, is there really anyone interested in hiring you? But that is neither here nor there." http://modern-esquire.blogspot.com/2009/04/we...

SnowyB wrote: <quoted text> no, Mindy, i never believed them to be the same individual. i'd be interested in knowing whether PI credentialing is one time, or requires renewal, if there are various levels of credentialing, and whether the qualifications vary state-to-state. perhaps "Columbo" will inform us. further, it would be interesting to know if his credentialing is current/active, has expired, and, if so, when it expired. also, is said credentialing stripped/removed if one is arrested? Hiya Snowy. I've got no idea where the idea that they were one and the same popped up - but I surely have thought that throughout the past coupla years. Quite bizarre that I can't even recall where it was first suggested. In IL one has to renew their license and it's something accessed online (verification, that is) with the Dept of Professional Regulation - and one's license can be revoked if certain criteria is met (or not met, as the case may be.)

"He imitates in word-actions the work of the serial killers about whom he often writes. He preys upon the vulnerable. He threatens people with unflattering publicity if they don't speak with him. It's his way of saying that if you don't have sex with him, then he's going to kill you." http://searchingforjimbo.blogspot.com/ Oh Yeah......... John Smith

http://renneriswrong.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_... "Mr. Renner has fingered "prime suspects" previously. Since he has a new one, his previous epiphanies were obviously wrong. His track record would then suggest he has no credibility. His lack of credibility is further supported by there being no arrests of any of his "prime suspects". He continually throws mud against a wall, hoping something eventually sticks. He has now become the little boy that cried wolf. [...] But when you haphazardly injure other people in the process, you lose all credibility. The lack of credibility is a poor resume builder in Mr. Renner's profession." likewise, without proof, supporters of the "dirtbag" theory have serially selected and targeted their own "suspects", with SBD being one of them. either way, two wrongs, Ducks' and Renner's, don't make a right. thank you for the link, JS.

For what???? literally, under a big yellow bus. not always, but often past behaviors predict future behaviors. and so, Todd Tappel's blog quotes seem to support that piece of wisdom. who will be tagged for MM's disappearance?
