Nothing I love more than listening to granny lecture people on embarrassing themselves here and trying to get attention for themselves on a forum for a missing girl. They don't come any crazier. In a way, it must be nice. Sketch all of these insane pictures and give it a shake and it disappears forever. She has no scroll feature. The rest of us can just go back to the pages that have captured her insanity any time we want. Not our gal. She erased them, so, they don't exist. Yes, she's pretty stupid, but the real issue here is her certifiable insanity.

This is why your reasoning is clouded. Your intent was to slam me to defend Columbo but you have actually restated my argument, just carried it to a ridiculous extreme. Both parties have faulted and need to own up to their actions. One's actions have pushed the other to their actions. The shooter (Renner)can blame his response on the actions of the rapist(Columbo)but both share the blame for the result (shot rapist) and neither is more wrong than the other, they are both just wrong.

The one-upmanship displayed between these two is very obvious and blatant. Take it to a court of law as you say and the aggression and hostility displayed by Columbo is very apparent. Renner may have stepped over the line, I don't think so but legally he may have, but I see no judge isolating Renner as the sole person responsible. He is likely to tell Renner to remove the CTP link, that's it. As a registered PI however, I would expect the judge to have a chat with Columbo about professionalism since in the legal system a judge would expect more of it from a PI than a real-crime journalist. Again, both are dumb asses and if one is slightly more of a dumb ass than the other, it's a moot point because they both have and will share time on the top of the heap. I do find the defense of Columbo disturbing, considering his past with people here, but hate, even misguided hate, is a powerful motivator. I hope that the good people here will return to their level headedness soon.

while i trust some are focused on Renner's most recent exploitation of and collateral damage to innocents, it was shocking to see a number of normally balanced, like-minds excuse and embrace a perpetrator of accusations with his own long ten year history of transgressions against innocents.
after all, no one knows what happened to MM, yet, least of all the self-identified PI.

Self, or personal responsibility My argument has nothing to do with who slapped who first or who is wrong or right. It has to do with the choice one makes in responding to that slap. Plain....Simple....The more you own your own behavior, the more you own every aspect of your life. The premise that someone caused you to behave in a certain way is a cop out. an excuse that allows for no ability to correct that behavior and inmho, a very telling part of where human behavior is today...on a global scale! Everything is everyone elses fault. Bull crap.
I believe that James Renner is a bottom feeder. I really do and I believe his using CTP for extortion is as twisted as anything an egomaniac like him can do. It's also very juvenile and frankly...Stupid.

I respond to peoples behavior all the time. I respond poorly quite often. Sometimes I respond quickly and aggressively and inappropriately,but, I go after the person that caused me grief, not innocent bystanders and, whether wrong or right. I OWN THAT BEHAVIOR!
It is about SELF RESPONSIBILITY. My behavior is something I work on daily. It's always been a bit of an issue for me, but, accepting and knowing that it is always my choice, allows me to recognize where it needs some work.
