For those that have not seen this, thought it was interesting and answers a few questions.

the family would know from the bank statements where she withdrew the 280 ? has this info
EVER been shared ? since they did not suspect foul play - the pin must have been entered correctly and that it was maura on video.......... Where did she get the cash ? MA or NH? What time ? i can't see any good reason to keep this private. this would tell people to be on the look out for her last known CONFIRMED sighting.

How did they create the police report on 2/9/04 if they didn't talk to fred murray? they dont know who was driving the car and they already have maura's DL number and info on the report. ANYONE could have been in the car? i never understood when they said there is something major glaring from the police report. hello its so simple. Exactly...! How did they have that info to know it was Maura. I stated this a long time ago and nobody ever thought too much of it. I think it to be very odd.

Could it be they contacted UMass security (sticker on car) and got her name?

First: How did Faith know the car was headed Eastbound if she did no look out her window until she heard the acceleration and thud?

Second: Faith said she saw a MAN in the vehicle smoking a cigarette.

If it was a MAN in the car.....WHO WAS IT?

There were 2 pair of black leather gloves in the car....Maura DID NOT WEAR this kind of glove. Who did these belong to?

These were the gloves used by LE for the scent search. WHAT IF those gloves were those of the man in the car or maybe the person who took Maura,IF SHE WAS TAKEN?

Just a couple more thoughts

The BOL was put out at 7:54 PM ...

That would be 9 minutes after Cecil arrived @ the scene.

I doubt this info could have been retrieved so quickly, especially if they ran the reg. upon arrival and found it reg. to Fred Murray.

COlumbo.......... I didn't get it until now and that is a HUGE red flag...... Fred was not contacted until the next day......... he has three daughters......... how in the hell would they know it was her FOR SURE.

THE CAR WAS LOCKED....LE not able to enter car to find anything with Maura's info on it, especially to identify her.

Cecil had not talked to Atwood til after he looked around the car and talked to the Westmans. Atwood called 911 @ 7:43 PM but did not give description of girl to them.

It seems like 9 minutes is not enough time to check around the car, secure the scene, talk to the Westmans and get down to talk to Atwood, get his Desc. and get it out to a BOL.

EMT arrived on scene @ 7:56 PM
FD arrived on scene @ 7:57 PM

Cecil more than likely stayed w/ the car until FD and EMT arrived @ the scene.

that is NOT enough time to call UMASS at that time of night and get an answer and we dont if the parking pass was in her name or freds.. plus at umass due to security that would have needed to be done during business hours. for security reasons

i never noticed what was wrong on the accident report... so i went out today with a fresh set of eyes and the most simple item - her name and entire DL number......... where did they confirm that ? that makes me think somehow they SAW her maybe.... could of been any of the three girls

I can see why investigating you wouldnt want to put all of that out there becuase its a HUGE red flag........ that really changes everything I thought up until now.
