If not, it was noted that LE called Kathleen the next day, Do you think she may have given LE the Number?(cell) sence he did not respond to the message left to him? just thinking things through is all , look forward to your feedback. Thanks

I know some of the reasons you cannot have a cell phone on site of certain jobs, but I do not know if this criteria applies to Fred. JMO

I have of course no way of verifying this, but if true, how was he supposed to take a call from Maura at 8 pm?

JMO "It was said...." is sourced in ancient MMM lore. doesn't pass the smell test, imo. of course, neither you nor i can be certain FM did or did not have access to cell phone use. can you produce a definitive citation?

Rod wrote: <quoted text> Why is it so ridiculous to think FM knows what happened? Do you know him? Don't you know that it is highly more probable that it was someone who was closer to her (family, very close friend) than anyone else. This is LE 101. The first POI will be the person who had the most contact with her recently. It is ridiculous based upon the evidence. Show us the evidence that points to this being true. Bill

Thats the point why dos he feel the need to protect, he should be aiding and aiding in the investagation earlier not two years later.....thats what drives me so crazy.

Nope, nothing about Fred is definative, that's why I said IMO. Nothing about him that has been said has been verified. So I could waste the time & try to find it, but it is only hearsay.

But the only person that can answer that is Fred. Was there really supposed to be an 8 o'clock call??? Only Maura knows this.
