thanks for helping her along with her understanding, hannah.

I predict Mr. Murray will be indicted, regardless of whether the blood was planted, within one year from today.
Snowy, still standing by this prediction???????
MCSMOM. are you seeing a connection from mason to someone that is on this forum now? Just interested in your thoughts. thank you

He should be indicted just on the fact that he didn't sit with LE for interview for two years, and he did everything in his power to fight them about the case.
And when after two (2) years he finally agreed to an interview, Fred brought two (2) lawyers with him.

Oh yes, I presume they would have contact numbers for Fred. Most assuredly. But not right away, not in the first 24/48 hours.
I am only pointing out that LE would not have had any knowledge of a cell phone number for FM at this point in time.
<quoted text>
when Le did a run on the plates is it possible freds cell number was on record? If not, it was noted that LE called Kathleen the next day, Do you think she may have given LE the Number?(cell) sence he did not respond to the message left to him? just thinking things through is all , look forward to your feedback. Thanks

I have to agree with this, also thought it was said that Fred could not have a cell phone (personal anyway) during his working hours. I know some of the reasons you cannot have a cell phone on site of certain jobs, but I do not know if this criteria applies to Fred. JMO

It has been stated on one of the now defunt threads Fred could not have his cell phone while working. It was also said Fred was working until 11 pm Monday Feb 9. I have of course no way of verifying this, but if true, how was he supposed to take a call from Maura at 8 pm?

Trust me. There are many who "wish you didn't". I am sure it includes the family, residents of the area, anyone who has read your dribble these last eight years and probably others we don't even know about. I know I sure as hell wish you didn't.

"It was said...." is sourced in ancient MMM lore. doesn't pass the smell test, imo. of course, neither you nor i can be certain FM did or did not have access to cell phone use. can you produce a definitive citation?

Yes. I'm only agreeing w/mcsmom that police, if they got his cell phone number, might not actually be able to contact him right away if he was working.

Why is it so ridiculous to think FM knows what happened?
Do you know him?
Don't you know that it is highly more probable that it was someone who was closer to her (family, very close friend) than anyone else. This is LE 101.
The first POI will be the person who had the most contact with her recently.
It is ridiculous based upon the evidence. Show us the evidence that points to this being true.

Thats the point why dos he feel the need to protect, he should be aiding and aiding in the investagation earlier not two years later.....thats what drives me so crazy.

Nope, nothing about Fred is definative, that's why I said IMO.
Nothing about him that has been said has been verified. So I could waste the time & try to find it, but it is only hearsay.

Well I obviously remember the same thing. But the only person that can answer that is Fred. Was there really supposed to be an 8 o'clock call??? Only Maura knows this.
