Just to set the record straight, everyone, about "So Upset" and what went down last night on the Facebook forum.

This person posted the first two videos to the FB site two days ago, IMMEDIATELY after they appeared. She used a moniker called "Chic Illi", which from what I understand is a slang reference to Chicago. It's clearly not a real name.

When I told her (using my real name, mind you, as it's on Facebook) that she shouldn't post them publicly yet but send them to the police, she reacted with "Excuse me bitch? You can't tell me what to post." I just went looking for those posts and they are gone now. SO wish I'd screenshot them. UGH stupid Kat.

So last night, again IMMEDIATELY she posted the third on the Facebook. This time, though, she used her personal account (supposedly) under a real name, which I know but won't mention here because if she's not weird that's not nice. You can find it easily enough on the most recent thread. So, this woman Dawn, and I use her name because she has no moniker, called her out on the fact that she's been the one posting these videos.(This is the conversation So Upset was sooo upset about.) Helena and Troy, as you can see from this conversation, are also suspicious of this person. Now all the posts from Chic Illi are gone, and there's no reason why she'd removed them-- there's nothing incriminating, unless a timestamp proved she posted them before Renner did. I wonder.

Girlfriend, I APOLOGIZED to you. I backed off. And then you acted weird again, and other people noticed. I'm not going to spread your name around the internet, but you have to take responsibility for what you post. When you enter a community which has a truce about posting all of Mr Renner's unsubstantiated leads and post the creepiest things of all, it LOOKS WEIRD. And when you then delete it all, it looks even weirder.

At no point did I say you are the creeper. And at no point did I use your name. SO go ahead and "call the cops", because they'll just laugh at you and be upset you wasted their resources. As you said, I can post what I want.

The video was posted on Renners blog the day before Mauras 8th anniversary since she had gone missing. I think it was done in poor taste and shows how heartless he is considering it is a very difficult time for family and he is supposedly out searching for Maura. Every day is difficult since Maura has disappeared. But as the years go by it just makes it even more difficult not knowing where she is. Why not contact LE concerning this video instead of posting it on his blog. My opinion is this guy is on a witch hunt and is only interested in selling his book. A good journalist investigates info that comes there way to make sure it is accurate. But not Mr Renner he is going by hearsay which is not always accurate and then throws it out on his blog before finding out whether or not it is true or false.Says he has thousands of pages of documents but to this date he has not posted one.

He did contact LE I was in contact via email with him. You should thank him and his poster for saving the video as evidence.

I really don't like posting on these forums. I find it much more beneficial to the case to just research and post findings on the blog. But I guess I should weigh in here.

First, I haven't made a dime on the book. Likely, even after it's published, I won't even recap what I've spent through travel and research. For instance, those records I recently received (and which I'm still reading through) cost me $450. I've taken three trips into Mass/New Hampshire and that's not cheap.

Second, ever tip and new bit of info I get is passed on to LE first, then posted on my blog.

Patty Davidson who posts as Citigirl is someone I've tried to contact several times and she has not returned my calls for comment. I would very much like to share her side of the story. I'm specifically interested to hear what she might think about her high school pic being found in an adult mag by Fred's house. I would like to hear why she said it was common knowledge within the family that Maura had run away. All this stuff could be cleared up if she and the family would talk.

I find it increasingly odd that Fred does not want a book to be published about Maura, which could only help the search. He wants media attention to bring his daughter home. This is how you get it.

While people may not agree with my methods, I've investigated cold cases for many years. Sharing as munch info with the public as possible is the best thing you can do. It can spur more people to come forward with important information you otherwise would never have discovered.

I did not post Beagle's videos. Luckily, we captured them before he took them down, though. At this point I feel it's important to the case and so they are on my blog. If the family has info that leads them to believe these videos are not important, I'd sure like to hear it.
