Someone last night posted a link to an older article in which Billy's mother stated "I will say with a certainty that contrary to N.H. State Police info, the call could not be traced.... Private investigators and local law enforcement in Ohio later tried to track the call, but without the card number and PIN, it was not traceable." Here is the link:

Again, no names were mentioned of who these private investigators and Ohio LE were. So, I don't know which one in right. Guessing none of us do. Another mystery.:-)
