Judged: 5 3 2 What Renner posted only confirms that they want all evidence to later be admissible in court. I'm not defending FM. He could be a POI for all I know. I'm just saying, it doesn't necessarily point to FM. If you or I requested the same info Fred did, I would bet we would get the same response. Just my honest opinion. |

I would have steered clear of !-91 if my car was not working properly. But that route takes just over 4 hours without a stop. |
Judged: 1 The New Years party is rumour, unless you have something to add. Also is this where E.V.B comes into play? Funny Beagle threw him in the mix also. What are the chances of Maura running into him? Slim to none I would say. |

Judged: 1 1 Not stating this as a fact but it is approx. 155 miles/3.5 hrs. timeframe is approx. 45 MPH avg. for the trip. So even is she had 3 hrs to make the trip that is approx. 52 MPH. I think it could be done and it Explains the Londonderry Ping.....YES..! John |
Judged: 2 2 2 imo, there is absolutely no point in arguing why NH authorities have chosen to withhold info/documents from FM. there actions are not revealed to the public. bottom line: "Whatever the evidence is, one thing is very clear: they didn't want Fred Murray to see it." ~ Renner |
|
correction:
the reason(s) for their actions are not revealed to the public. speculation won't bring those reasons to light. |

Judged: 1 1 Well I guess what I am stating is; "this is a possible route and could explain the ping" I was speculating on the party thing, I am sorry for trying to add things up. John |

Judged: 2 1 FWIW on Tuesday, August 2, 2011 James Renner wrote in his blog: "Maura was in New Hampshire for New Years, 2004. Consider this rumor officially confirmed. "The mother of Andrea Connolly, one of Maura's close friends from Whitman-Hanson, tells me detectives were very interested in the news that Maura spent New Years Eve at a house owned by Connolly's friend in Goshen, New Hampshire, a month before she disappeared. Nobody was living there the week Maura went missing, but they did call up to neighbors to have them check the house. But it was empty. Goshen is about an hour and a half drive from Haverhill." |
Judged: 1 1 1 My understanding was that Dawn thoroughly debunked the Londonderry Ping. But you don't think so? Curious as to why not? |

Judged: 5 5 4 I don't mean to be negative, but you like to drop hints and never respond to questions asked about them. It's really annoying when some of us here are trying to keep any fiction off this forum. You of all people, I would expect to to have fact-based posts, unless it is stated as a theory only. I understand an ongoing investigation means a lot cannot be discussed, but stop with the teases. Please. |

Judged: 2 2 1 Thanks for your concern about my time but it is ok. I will do what I please thank you. |

Judged: 2 2 2 I don't blame them a bit for withholding information and possible names of POI. From the very start when the witnesses that called in the accident and surrounding homes were identified there was a barrage of people knocking on doors and questioning them until they got totally sick of it. I can't even imagine what would happen if a POI or a new witness became known to Fred , family and friends. It could turn into a very dangerous situation for both sides and hamper the investigation. I hope they keep it under wraps until it is known what happened to her. |
Judged: 3 2 1 I think I would believe LT landry over Dawn. Who is dawn and why is her opinion so important. |

Judged: 2 1 You're right. It was not stated in what Renner posted. There is no point arguing, I agree. I thought Strelzin stated this in the past. I was wrong and checked my notes. It was Scarinza I was thinking of who stated this in the past. In the Disappeared program, Lt John Scarinza NHSP states in regard to FM's FOIA request, "At some point we may get that piece of evidence that says she was the victim of a crime. And in solving that case, we want to have everything be.. everything from the beginning from that point forward.. be admissible in court if we have to go to trial." Disappeared - Maura Murray case (Part 5/5 on YouTube) Approx 3:25-3:40 in is where I got this quote. http://www.youtube.com/watch... |

Judged: 1 1 I am stating a possible route. Look it up....! John |
Judged: 3 2 2 I think we need to focus on a murder at this point. |
