That whole area got painted with a real broad bad-guy brush over this, and it isn't fair, however. One unnamed person's alleged actions (IF it even was someone local; IF anything sinister happened at all) doesn't account for the whole town. Fell on my already broken tailbone again the other day. UNHAPPY. But I wanted to put out there that I will be requesting documents from Amherst PD regarding the 1st crash & subsequent mysteries. If they decide to release them to me, I'll find a way to share them here so all can see. Sorry about your tailbone :( is this the doc you want regarding the first crash? https://docs.google.com/viewer...

Shack wrote: <quoted text>Nothing regarding carpet. OK, I mentioned my doubts regarding the blood on the A-frame carpet being menstrual blood and someone lambasted me and said that you said it was definitely menstrual blood. Just wondering how you came to be sure of this. But, you don't know? Thanks for the 'Correct' about the knife. Funny, I get all these "Brilliant" and "Helpful" on all these posts and the one thing someone tells me I'm right about I get Incendiary and Disagree. Wow.

hannah_b wrote: Interesting they at least admit they have determined a last place she was, which they donīt want to disclose and which apparently was not at the accident scene, since that place is already known to the public as the last place she was seen. I believe reading between the lines tells us she somehow made it from the accident scene to some other place under NH jurisdiction, though possibly out of Grafton county. Why do you think possibly out of Grafton County?

From memory Haverhill PD didn't attend...(maybe I just didn't see them/him..maybe not in uniform...?) Besides the then Chief there were only 3 other LEO's for the pop. 5K..anyway. I wonder why they selected that specific area to search?

God. I got it from a post by CMīs girlfriendīs cousin who used to post on topix. There is also only one person alive in the US by this name, a lawyer in FL. So not him!

Emmett Dove wrote: <quoted text> Sorry about your tailbone :( is this the doc you want regarding the first crash? https://docs.google.com/viewer... Thanks, friend. And yes, that's one of the docs I was hoping for. You're good. There are also the reports regarding the CC fraud, which, unlike the crash report, should give us a little more insight into her mind at the time. I'm still appalled that no one at UMass thought to check the library computers, or the Lederle Grad Tower computer lab computers, or the computer lab in the administration office, or any of the dozen locations she could have logged on from. In 2004, to use a University computer, you had to log in with your ID and password. Sometimes people left the computers logged on, so the only reason I can see for ignoring the other computer labs is that LE considered it a slippery slope toward outright policing of student internet access. BUT, then. UMass was also one of the first schools in the US to allow the RIAA (recording industry association of America) to subpoena IP addresses for filesharing/downloading. I don't much think they'd just not allow a search of the public computers seeing as how they folded right away about giving away the people who used fileshare programs. This is a really clear-cut example for how LE could have done more initially.

Btw, come to think of it, that correction facility could have been the location of an inmate giving LE some info.

I highly doubt, unless you know someone special, that you will get the CC files, considering that she is in an active case of a missing person.. I do know they took her picture (have seen that also), have the reciept (which is also a public doc I can show you) from the pizza place, with her writing in the dollar & tip amount.. She was to be let go in 04 from this if she was "good".. I guess a version of "good behavior"
