WTH-the-original wrote: <quoted text> She clearly should have just stayed at her car. I still wonder if she stayed at her car, would any of us be having this conversation? I'm confused. You've previously stated that you believe Maura ran away from her life. But this statement seems to suggest she met with foul play. Which do you actually believe?

Which do you actually believe? Here, I just posted this but I'll post it again. Four theories. She ran from the car and got lost and died from hypothermia. She ran from the car and decided that it was too hard to explain to everyone what was going on and committed suicide. She ran from the car and got a ride from someone, yards or miles down the road. After that: At some point they or someone else grabbed her and killed her or she was dropped off and has since gone somewhere and has rebuilt her life. I give the first theory a weight of around 45% and the second at 35%. The third theory I place 15% likely so in my mind there is around a 95% chance that she is dead. How it happened is the main question in my mind. Bill

Kinda slow night at the OK Corral. This isn't a horse and pony show evening I guess. Theories abound.... John

Geez... I came to this forum thinking there might be some intelligent, thoughtful discussion discussing the Maura Murray case. I didn't realize it would just be an obnoxious online pissing contest among people who seem really pathetic.

Maybe they'll uncover the real reasons as to why these same posters consistently attempt to blame the victim and her family. I would s-oo welcome that. AMEN!!!!!!!

Meth labs blow up all the time because of the chemicals used in the manufacturing process and the fact that many meth heads are not the sharpest tools in the shed. Bill I was in no way blaming Maura. She wouldnt accept help from a scary looking older man.Scary is the word his wife used.I remember being young and a little tipsy,I believe I would have accepted a ride from young guys..They may have offered her something.Mixed with alcohol who knows.

I do find the accident (after the original one) theory to be a very interesting possibility. I think to say that its any more probable than a predator grabbing her is a stretch. Nevertheless an interesting and definately a new possibility.

If the accident theory is to hold water there must be a reason for covering it up ie drugs involved or intoxicated driver. Why would you not just confess to an accident. Also, if there was an accident you would think that there would be some blood on the snow unless they were able to clean up the scene. I think there was someone right at BH road that SBD was aware of but didn't come forward because he was afraid. There were said sightings of a vehicle at the bottom of BH road. disclaimer:These are my opinions and no way reflects what WTH might think.
