Another thing is what is up with these so-called "former LE" on here being such a-holes?? Why are the people on this board claiming to be ex LE such dickheads?? It's a given that about 95% of all cops are total fkn scumbags but these guys take the cake. These are the guys that are pulling over cars and harassing the drivers, searching Ther cars and towing there cars for any stupid reason they can come up with, just to b a jerk and assert what little power they have.

I actually feel bad for these guys, it must suck to have such little power in your life that you have to be an asshole to everyone you deal with to make yourself feel better.
That must b the worst if your life sucks so bad that you feel the need to come on a forum and tell everyone how "smart" you are. And how many years you have in LE and how big of an "expert" you are.
These guys must have seriously shitty lives,
Obviously. I can see it now, they got a tiny dick, an ugly ass wife who bosses them around, & shitty annoying kids. They
Must, why else would they feel the need to come on these boards & try to make people feel stupid and show how "important" they are?
In my experience the people who are actually good at what they do are humble bc they know how good they are, how many searches they've been in charge of,'how many missing people/planes they've found. People who are experts in there field don't need to brag, their work speaks for itself.
I'm sorry but anyone who's coming on a forum bragging about howany searches they've done and how people "look to them" when someone goes missing is most likely bullshitting the whole thing.
Anyone who's actually been in charge of that many searches wouldn't need to brag about it to
A bunch of idiots on topix.

Agree Amy. I think there are some that want to make so much more of it than there really is.The Hadley crash is interesting to talk about but I am sure it has nothing to do with what happened at the WB curve although it was a chain of events.. Maura at the WB Maura not at the WB is just steering away from what happened. Keep it simple and focused Odds are it was her. I feel things are coming in focus as more info is released. We now know there are POI and that is for a reason. It had to be proven to a judge behind the scenes
facts are facts; it's unusual to have successive car crashes within a week. everything matters in the case of a missing person, especially the actions and events leading up to he disappearance.

There is much more info that we are learning. LE already has this info but it is new to us. I think the next few months will be off the charts. yes, Renner has uncovered some information that has been hidden from public view. Beagle's sideshows are probably less relevant.

This is rather off topic, but I'm tired and feel like a ramble.
You know what this case reminds me of? That plane that crashed into the Andes in the 1940's, where the pilot's last word was STENDEC (in morse code). It took 50ish years for them to find that plane, which eventually emerged piecemeal when glacial ice thawed.
There were theories of alien abductions, hijacking, political conspiracy, you name it. It was the King's Messenger. It was the Palestinian. It was GOD CALLING THEM HOME.
Then there were the clueless idiots who didn't understand morse code, who spent years trying to decode what STENDEC stood for.
"I think STENDEC means "Severe Turbulence Encountered, Now Descending, Emergency Crash."
"Naaahh. I think it means "Stardust Tank Empty No Diesel, Expect Crash."
It turned out that the plane just crashed due to lack of knowledge about jet streams, and STENDEC was irrelevent (likely a morse code error).
I have a feeling the answer to our puzzle is much simpler than we're making it, and we just have to wait until our plane (Maura) emerges.
duh. my message for years; an important clue will emerge; you can't force resolution.

The sad part is, that I am not that smart. But I am smart enough to see how stupid some of the the others here are, and will point that out. I don't recall ever claiming to be an expert in anything, but again, clearly I know more about some of these subjects than some others here on this forum. Now, about my dick size, have you been peeking? My kids are pretty much grown, doing very well, and my wife and I have a great relationship with them. And my wife is gorgeous, you should be so lucky. Of course I suspect that you might not have dates very often? No bossing, don't need to, we have mutual respect, she is quite smart and even after more than 25 years of marriage, great fun to talk to.

So lets talk about you Jenkins. Tell us, what do you bring to the table? You are correct, there are likely less than ten people that "contribute" here, maybe a couple of dozen who read. But for some reason, your life apparently is so full of interesting things, you had to contribute? Or, are you just someone that can't get off of the couch or out of the bed and this is the most that you can do? Tel me, did you get a ticket that you didn't think was justified, or did someone tow your only friend to an impound lot? I always wonder about people who rant about cops (I'm not one by the way). Are they people who feel they have no control over anything in their meaningless lives? They fear anyone who might have more power then them. Please Jenkins, tell us, what are you qualified to do, what do you know? And why the mean rant? Just so you know Jenkins. I've gotten a ticket or two also. It's OK to be upset. But, the ones I got, were actually earned, by me. I was upset with myself, not the cop. So I paid them, got over it, and got on with my life. What are you upset with anyway? Tell the truth, it was mommy or daddy that had to pay it because you are unemployed and unemployable, right?

2004. No cell service in that area and I don't know if we know about the cell charger though, there was talk of one in the car. Do you mean did she take it when she ran from the car?

I think that's a good question about the charger, maybe someone here knows that answer? It's probably been asked before. If she took it, it implies future use right? so that's important. And also says a bit about was she thinking clearly or not. If I was in a tizzy about the accident and was freaked out and needed to get away in a hurry I probably wouldn't remember my charger. I barely remember it now. Anyone?

<quoted text>I have already stated in the past that Kate and Helena Dwyer are not related. Just because one has the same last name as another does not mean they are related. Is every Renner in the world related to James Renner no. You should ask yourself why is it a book writer puts things out to the public as if it is fact and then at a later date changes what he has said? Poor journalism as far as Iam concerned.
Nah, you can blame this one on me to a point. I spoke with Kate on the phone a couple-a-times and at one point I asked. I guess she let me think what I wanted to because she didn't deny it. I asked right out and forget now what all was said b/c it was 2009. But I'm telling you, I hung up knowing it. So much for that.

Yes I'd like to know if she took the charger. If the charger was left in the car she could have expected to pick it up at another time. I would like to also try and find out how far she would have to walk run or be driven to be able to make a cell call if possible.

thank you. bless you. love your frank honesty, and knew you had some knowledge on the subject.
her online postings have always been a degree 'closer', seemingly more protective and with intimate knowledge than the others. i tend to believe nothing that comes from the side that has a poor track record for facts.

I remember people tried to make the same point about her bringing her birth control pills and some of her school texts (future use). I don't think that her actions, particularly after that accident we necessarily rational and had a real endgame planned.

I am still trying to remember now, because, originally it was thought that some of the alcohol was packed in her backpack which was missing. Now, we can't seem to even get that story straight because I think Renner disputes that. According to his "source". The backpack, booze and cell were the only things I remember hearing were missing.

I don't feel releasing personal information such as the credit card theft to the general public would have changed anything in the investigation.Le I am sure was already aware of this from when they spoke with the Umass and Amherst Police> I understand that those of us on the forum are interested in these facts in order for us to try and understand and piece things together.
We learned other things such as Mauras Secret suitor etc.. and that is interesting for us to chew on but again LE spoke with not only family but with friends so I am sure they were aware.
In the end I think Fred was right when he said something to the effect that she was missing and digging into her personal life in public was not going to change the fact that she was missing.
On the Flip side,If Fred withheld information from Le I believe that was a mistake but I can understand as a Dad that I wouldn't want to list my daughters shortcomings to anyone.I don't know Fred and I am only speaking as a dad. I got a hug again from my daughter today because I gave her money for gas and Fred can't get that. We can't possibly know if he did or notlet personal information be known to LE because of the tight lips of LE and for good reason. I believe a similar theory as to what "TE Jay " stated earlier. Lets hope this can be resolved for the family's sake.
You are a poster that contributes often and searches for the truth. I admire that. I think the past of any person especially when they disappear has a lot to do with why they went missing. For example what if we find out that she at a stalker in her past. Wouldn't that influence the case? In some cases the past usually has something to do with the crime. And since we need more facts it can only help.

We also have to take into account that maybe Maura was drinking and that caused her MA crash, if she was able to successfully talk her way out of a DUI then maybe she would have attempted that same strategy at her NH crash. Maybe she didn't run from the crash.

no physical sign of abduction
or a struggle.
she was not present shortly after she was seen at the site of the crash
therefore,
she more than likely, most probably, left / ran from the scene.
