I've never heard that any motel was searched. I think that might be another opinion that turned into a fact.

The witness saw a Red truck on BHR. RO saw a red truck go by Her headed East, RO saw same vehicle parked at Winnies store. RO saw Red Truck leave store and head east towards accident scene before LE went by with lights on headed east.

The Red Truck left store before LE was headed that way. LE shows up at scene.... NO MAURA.

Witness sees Red Truck parked beside the road on BHR and continues to Rte 112 and goes by scene and notices #001 nose to nose with the saturn.

Seems the red truck probably went by the scene while Maura was still there and before LE arrived.

Who was driving the Red Truck.? Who.?

If He stopped at the scene He should have signed off there just in case anything were to happen. It does happen that an LE officer will stop off just to check on the situation but not sign off.

If He did assist that evening He should have signed off and on.

Again, I find it intriguing that EMS according to your info is supposed to have remarked upon the accident scene looking "odd".
EMS people are obviously well versed in judging accident scenes of all sorts, so if true such ab assessment would carry some weight with me.

Good question Columbo BHR isn't like right next to the accident. If Maura was getting into a truck at BHR Le would not have seen it because they did not go eat right?

And in the context of the red truck, I would like to come back to the anonymous poster on another board who purported to know of a local red truck who according to the poster had some connection to the Warren, NH, area and is now supposed to have vanished and not being traceable in the NH RMV.
Could a NH registered vehicle be removed from the NH RMV without any kind of check-up on the vehicle being scrapped.
What´s the procedure for this?

Wowzer sorry to make you feel that way- Don't mean to really but did you see anything is what i am trying to get at ? can you give any input at all to what you might have seen? Just be honest. I am not a phyc prof if that is a start.
