Oh yea, u offered up the explanation that after death he somehow log-rolled down the bill getting dirt in his open eyes, which would b laughable if we weren't talking about a murdered 10yr old boy here. Besides for the fact that where his body was found he was surrounded by dense bush on 3 sides so it would've been physically impossible for him to log roll to where he was found.
He was found face down with his arms flat under him, whenever he was placed in the dirt there his eyes were wide open, we can tell this bc his open eyes had dirt in them. From this fact we can ascertain that he was placed there by another party after death.
How do u get dirt in your open eyes unless your moved after death?
People with hypothermia may try kind of burrowing before death but they don't skybox with their eyes open, & they certainly don't drive their wide open eyes straight into the dirt.
That fact can't be overlooked.
Seems like the only thing bill actually knows about the case is that it would be difficult to carry a body up to the spot. Yea itd b difficult but don't tell me some guy can't throw a little kid over his shoulder and walk a couple miles up hill.. The terrain is difficult and rather steep but not extreme. I've hiked that area countless times and always considered it an easy hike. Nothing close to impossible.
Judging by how easy bill says it is to walk through 2' of snow in the middle of February u would think that a short 2 mile hike would be nothing to him, even if it was a fairly steep hill. But on Patrick's thread it sounds like whaleback is climbing the north peak of everest lol.
Honestly it doesn't matter how hard it is if we know someone did it. We know someone did it bc of the dirt in his eyes. There's a crapload of circumstantial evidence that clearly shows something besides hypothermia happened but these same few people want nothing to do with those facts.
Problem a good idea to question anybody who says they know everything about anything

But then there's the cw's story, which I really don't find credible. It's just not credible that he would remember this 2 months later. & he didn't tell it to LE 2 months later, he was overheard telling the story at s bar and was approached about it by either LE or the pi's. I feel like he was just drunk and kind of making up stories and when approached he had to go with the story bc he woulda felt like an idiot to admit that he was just makin things up about a missing girl.
