Judged: 4 4 2 Time unknown - Fred urges New Hampshire State Police Troop F to invite the FBI into the case. Fred has been told that the only way the FBI can get involved in the case is if they are invited by the agency currently overseeing the investigation. Fred later learns that the only FBI involvement in the case was in the form of interviewing some of Maura's friends and family from Massachusetts. http://www.citizendia.org/Maura_Murray |

Judged: 3 3 2 Anything other than what I just said is complete and utter bullshit. You can post all the anonymous links about what someone said to someone about how the FBI needs to be invited, it is just absolutely crap. If anyone had any idea about how these things really happen, behind the scenes, they would realize how absurd and ridiculous the idea is. You all make me laugh, I love this place. Ship of retarded fools. |

Don't worry. People like that never "learn" anything. No matter who tells them and what the credentials are. They will continue on, providing hours of fantasy filled entertainment for those that pop in to read. Remember, these people only have very limited life experiences and likely little education. It's hard to draw on experience, when like these people, they have none except sitting in front of a keyboard. Same with education. I assume if they actually attended college they took courses like shell collecting I and II and underwater basket-weaving because I would find it hard to believe any self respecting college would give a degree to people with thinking as muddled as theirs. So in short, kick back, relax, enjoy the insanity and feel the breeze.... Bill |

Judged: 5 5 5 http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/faqs "The FBI has special investigative jurisdiction to investigate violations of state law in limited circumstances, specifically felony killings of state law enforcement officers (28 U.S.C.§ 540), violent crimes against interstate travelers (28 U.S.C.§ 540A0, and serial killers (28 U.S.C.§540B). A request by an appropriate state official is required before the FBI has authority to investigate these matters." |

Judged: 2 1 1 Absolutely. What these people don't get is that the FBI only uses it's fairy dust and magic wands on important people. Not drunk college runaways. You would need to be at least a senators daughter at least, and not a state senator a federal senator. Christ, they act like that fairy dust grows on trees. The concept that NHSP doesn't have the resources needed to handle this case to date is to put it plainly, retarded. And if they need the help, I have no doubt they would request it. Since the FBI has been viewing this case since the beginning and they haven't seen any of the "red flags" it kind of makes one wonder if there are any red flags since everyone knows how thorough the FBI is. Could it be that the people claiming "red flags" are full of shit? Just wondering. And also don't forget that according to FrmLE, the FBI has jurisdiction basically anywhere they want. If they thought it rose to the level that they had to be involved in a larger capacity, they don't need anyone's permission. And personally, by listening to him, I believe he is who he says. Others who have never been outside doing anything of consequence, may not. Bill |

Judged: 2 2 1 Whay the heck would I need to go into Canada? You kidding me right? Another Country? When did I say I was the friggin border patrol? I put people in jail for selling drugs and killing children, I did not stand in a heated toll booth on the 'oh so dangerous' US/Canadian border checking passports of frenchies driving to Hampton Beach for Vacation. I happen to hate Canada, btw. Yeah, sure, good argument keep trying. And when did I say the FBI had jurisdicaiton over everyone everywhere? Oh wait, let me guess, you are just lying and embellishing again to make the facts fit your skewed agenda, aren't you? You and bobbyjenkins, liars and spinners, don't worry though, no one notices, lol. ;) So sad, so pathetic, so obvious. |
|
Judged: 1 1 1 So, you are hinging your entire argument on the fact that I don't know the requirement to get into Canada in 2004? Thats it? That's your argument? I have never been to Canada, btw. Don't care to go, have no idea what you need to go there. Why would I want to go there when I live in the greatest Country on the Planet? You are so reaching, lets get back to the FBI being prevented from working Maura's case, lets talk about that instead of all the irrelevant things I don't care to know. So funny that this is your best argument. |
