If you're going to accuse somebody of something, you really should try to include facts. The name of the video you reference is "Dave Sullivan's Boy" - type that phrase into Google image search and you will see the drawing that was in the video. It was "Dave," not "James" and was referring to the MA District Attorney in Phoebe Prince's case who gave light sentences to the bullies in that case. The drawing is NOT of a young boy's head, it is a representation of your big mouth hopped up on Red Bull + texting bullying statements against Beagle to this forum. Once again, your entire supposition is wrong and you are stating it as fact. I will say that since the video was deleted, you don't have it to refer to in order to refresh your memory, but do take a look at the photo, which was the entire video, and rethink it. It was not a threat against you, it was an insult, two very different things.

About the guy from a "notable family" being named, I have to say his name really was mentioned on this very forum last summer. Unfortunately I was the one who first named him, and I was flamed for it ( and rightfully so, I regret doing it). But, just to set the records straight: Yes, his name was mentioned on topix.

Maura had her cell phone just sitting there. Kay made note of that "no no", but decided to overlook it. Kay went to police on Tuesday about something. Can Fred get records in Mass under the right to know law. Can't he go into one of those rooms that have computers, so he can look up her name and get file #'s from the attendants? That's how we do it here in MN.

Contrary to this report, there was a call later that night. Phone records on ID Disappeared show a 7 min call that matches the time frame of the supervisor finding Maura in tears and reportedly sobbing "my sister, my sister". It seems that call was about her sister? But which one?

As for your interpretation of the video "dave sullivans boy" I'm gonn trust your interpretation of it. Clearly I'm not as good as you are at interpreting this guys sick, disgusting videos.
I was interpreting it from memory as I said. I also never said it said James Sullivan, i got that name from the list of unsolved homicides in Nh.

Until the other night I've made a total of like 4-5 posts about beagle max.
I'm sure you don't remember but the first 3 of those I was actually questioning whether it was in fact beagle that even made the videos.

I made one stupid post about him deserving an ass beating for Taunting mm's family in the videos, which I shouldn't have made but hardly represents cyber bullying, come on you don't actually believe that do you?

How many posts has there actually been saying mean things about beagle? 5? 7? I can't even think of that many, I can think of like 3.

Go back to feb 9 of this year on this thread. That was right after he first posted the vids taunting her family. There weren't any mean posts about this guy, in fact everyone was being super nice about it.
No lynch mobs, no vigilante groups, nothing even ode to cyber bullying.
For him to compare what's happened to him to Phoebe prince is absolutely insane, it is a fantasy, a sick delusion dreamed up By some guy who wants attention. Anybody who's comparing what he has gotten to what Phoebe got needs to have their head examined, and not just the once a week for 80$ therapy either, they need a team, watching them, studying them, trying to figure out how their thinking is so far off from reality.

Phoebe prince was a 16yr old girl. She was a adolescent girl who probably already wasn't very comfortable with herself, just like any teenage girl.
The people that bullied her were relentless; they waged a legitimate campaign of ridicule and threats against this girl for months; online and in person. All day, every day for months these people were bullying her, it was awful.
And what did she do to deserve this? She hooked up with some mean girl's ex-bf. All she did was hook up with a guy she liked, she did nothing wrong. Even if he was still the mean girls bf he's the one who shouldn't be hooking up with others, it certainly was not Phoebe in the wrong.

So she did absolutely nothing wrong and actually caught hell, day and night for months. She couldnt go to school or turn on her computer without being threatened and ridiculed.

Now let's compare this to beagle... He is a what, 50-60 yr old man? He is an adult, not an adolescent girl.
He's had very very few mean posts or comments made about him, very few. There certainly is no group of people who are relentlessly taunting him, actually the exact opposite. There have been a couple individuals that made a couple stupid comments about him. When I made that comment nobody supported me or helped me, I actualt got reprimanded.
So where is this relentless ridicule day and night, in person and online? There isn't even any online.

Also he specifically made videos taunting maura's family with te intent of making people angry at him. He can't do that and ten complain about it now.

The second call was later, def. after midnight. So Maura broke down crying earlier than previously reported? This timeline doesn´t match with what Mayotte herself posted on the forum a few years ago. It is off by several hours. One more instance of inaccurate reporting? Deliberate misleading the public? Or just a lapse of memory on KM´s part? The timeline seems to be a big issue with this case. Remember JKM (reportedly) refusing to answer questions relating to the timeline when interviewed by RO?

10.30 or 10.40 couldn´t be accurate. Maura´s conversation with Kathleen/Katherline occurred at 10.20 and lasted for at least 30 min, if not longer. I definately recall it being a lengthy conversation.

10:30 0r 10:40 is when she was making the rounds and found out from others that Maura was upset. She may not have gotten to maura til 11 or so and by then she had ended her call? just thinking out loud.

finding out the exact time and length of her sisters call would be helpful.

Phone records are shown on ID, and Mayotte herself wrote on topix and gave a completely different timeline IIRC. Reportedly Maura was walked back to her dorm about an hour (not sure, though) bwfore her shift ended. Why would KM wait hours before letting Maura off if she was extremely upset already at 11? The timeline seems to be constantly changing... wonder why.

I think this might be one thing Maribeth got wrong in that article.
The unass cop specifically said there've call was traced back to on campus but they couldn't be sure who made the call.

I think there's confusion over this because it seems pretty clear that there were 2 separate calls.
There was the call around 10:30 with her sister. Did this one bring her to tears as well?

Then there was another call shortly after 1am that was traced back to campus, this is te one that reportedly left her catatonic and requires her boss to let her go early and walk her back to her room.

I think I might have screwed up with the times that I originally gave you, and if is that the case, I apologize. That Thursday night, the receptionists had to work until 1:45 (2:45 on Fridays and Satursdays). I think when I first talked to you I got mixed up as to the day of the week, becuase on Sunday-Wednesdays till 11:45. That night, after I visited the other areas of campus, when I got to Southwest I met up with the other coworkers at the eatery in SW (can't remember the name, can find it after if you are interested for more specifics). I didn't eat, but when visiting with the others another area supervisor told me that Maura was upset and that I should go check on her. At that point I did, and you have the specifics from that visit- I do remember when signing her out early, thinking that she would have to wait about 45 to an hour until I could get off shift to bring her to Dunkins or the counseling area. I got off shift at 2:30, so I would've started packing her up at 1:15pm.(30 min before she would get off) Too bad we couldn't grab the police report I filled out the following morning at UMass Police, which would have had the exact time of signing her out to the specifics. Also to clarify my job title- I was an area supervisor.

*UPDATE*
Spoke with Karen again. What she meant to say was that she filled out the police report the day after she learned of Maura's disappearance, thinking it may be helpful to the case.

Well- I just did a google of triangle and mattoon and there really isn't anything that you would think would bring maura out at that time of nigh> matoon is a short loop off of triangle that has a school and some homes. triangle has mostly homes and a dentist office until you get to the end of triangle to main st and there is Brunos Pizza. A stretch because Maura seemed to call for delivery? just throwing something different out there.

The "My sister,My sister" thing has always seemed important in my eyes...Did a sister live nearby or visit Maura in Amherst?Could her sister have been driving her car that night?Also,was Maura in any type of sorority where she may refer to a sorority pal as a "sister"?Why would she say those words?

I'll bet Beagle can tell us why. His real name has been posted here, with lots of people here searching for his address, and posting his work location. His real photograph was posted on Renner's blog. He is a person that very obviously has some mental issues and probably needs some help. He claims to have been harassed by people involved in some way with MM. Don't you even have a clue as to why he uses "Phoebe Prince" as a nickname here? You have berated him over and over here, called him horrible names, speculated that HE killed MM - go read post #19075 here (can't find the original at the moment) where you have this to say, among other things: "He certainly deserves a serious looking at, or at least to get the shit kicked out of him. For the videos he's posted I've never seen anyone deserve a bigger ass-beating" and "Someone like that yur not Gonna make him feel bad by anything u write so that's why I suggest multiple beatings is what he deserves. Mauras sister says that she spoke to Maura about 10-10:30, correct? She said they were talking about a problem her sister was having but nothing they spoke about should have made her that upset,

Then there was another call, I believe it was around 1am, possibly a little earlier or later but prob earlier if km's times are correct.
This is the call unass cops traced to an on campus phone.
This is also the call that made her extremely upset.

The timeline of that night, as I see it is(approx. Times)

10:20- aprox 30 min call to her sister.
12:20- Pettit vasi likely gets hit by a hit &run driver (he was so drunk he said he might have fallen out of a car rather than got hit by one)
12:30-12:45 Maura receives the call that made her break down.
12:45-1 KM is eating and hears about Maura
1-1:15 KM goes to talk with Maura
1:15 Maura packs up her things & KM walks her most of the way back to her dorm

Please correct me if any of these times are wrong. I believe them to be accurate.

The question I have is whether or not there were 2 calls but as far as I can tell the must have been 2 calls. The 10;20 call with her sister, and then the call around 12:30-1 that was traced to an on campus phone. I believe this call had to have been closer to 12:30 because she would've had toreceive the call, then a supervisor wouldve told KM while she was eating so it couldn't have been any later than 1, but probably more like 12:30-12;45

I believe that this phone call is important. If you read what people have to say it seems like that call was the impetus for her erratic behavior. There is really no strange behavior reported before this call, to my knowledge. Her sister spoke to her at 10:30 and reports it to be a normal phone call and Maura wasn't upset.

I also believe that determining wether the call likely came from on campus or from her sister is important as well.

Maybe someone Maura knew was in one of those house,maybe even maura herself was staying in one of the houses, seeing her room was packed up.

If the supervisor walked her back to her room,maura did not have her car with her....Where was Mauras car?would it be in a location that would be likely snowed in after Fridays storm?did someone else use her car?

Jwb- she most likely was not driing to mattoon street,. The thing about Triangle street is that it's the shortcut to the other side of town, where many many kids have off campus houses. You take a left at the end of triangle and there's a couple sorority or frat houses and a bunch of other large houses that people often have parties at.
When you drive down that rd (main st) on a thurs, fri or sat night there will be a party at at least one place, usually a few.
There also are several large apartment complexes.
The point being that if she did leave work to either go see someone or go to a party it's very likely that she would've gone down triangle to get there.

I don't believe she ordered pizzas from Brunos, well at least she didn't with the stolen cards. Although Brunos is another place like pinnochios where you can get huge pizzas that are cheap, & they're pretty damn good too. The best, and most popular, pizza is antonio's on Russell street but their pizza is really expensive. Maura was said to be frugal and she sure did seem to like big cheap pizzas.
