Yeah, I have seen it happen to many on here. Just like when Dawn was insisting here proxy said one location and it was actually showing up as St. Paul,MN. Even after I told her that she still insisted it wasn't and I was looking at it with my own eyes. Guess what nobody said jack to her.
Yeah I was given shit yesterday about where I lived so I just hid the location.

As if that makes anyone more credible? The logic behind that is hilarious, although I understand WHY you did it. There are a few others on here that are said to be credible yet constantly have their location hidden when they are signed in. Funny how that works. But since I have nothing to HIDE, I will NOT hide my location to please the bullies.

If mine was correct I would not have hid it, but my zip code is in my screen name. I guess these great detectives were to ignorant to notice that yesterday when they attacked me.

Sara, It is true that locations do keep changing and also true that it is unimportant to me. I like to believe I'm reading content, not location.

I don't know who would know the answer to this. There is still no evidence that a crime has been committed.

I don't think there will be and I don't believe they will ever recover her remains. Just my opinion.

This will always be news until she is found and the perpetrator is caught. Life goes on? Not for MM now does it? If you're referring to the potential killer in this case as paying his dues, you couldn't be further from the truth. Paying his dues would be going through due process and being prosecuted to fullest extent of the law.

2) Jeff Williams is a drunk dumbass who got what was coming to him!

3) So tell me person of infinite wisdom why MM has not been found yet?

Here's a good example of the kind of help given to the Murray family compliments of WCAX.com .
Police Chief Accused of DUI
Haverhill, New Hampshire - July 28, 2009
The police chief in Haverhill, N.H., is facing a drunk driving charge after allegedly leading one of his own officers on a chase.
Chief Jeffery Williams is charged with disobeying a police officer and DWI. According to state police, Williams failed to pull over when a Haverhill officer attempted to stop him for speeding. After trying to get away, he eventually pulled over in Woodsville and was arrested.
Along with the criminal charges, town officials are considering administrative action against Chief Williams. That will have to wait though because Williams is still on leave recovering from injuries suffered in a motorcycle crash.
How is this an example of the kind of help given to the Murray family? I fail to see where it has anything to do with the MM case. I think it shows the professionalism and integrity of the HPD. It must have been very hard to arrest their own chief.

Bill, don't allow her to draw you off the focus of why you are on this forum. She doesn't need to know who you are or your location. That's why her name is Snowy...like the snowflake. She's a bit everywhere, a little scattered...

It actually shows the ineptness at the time of MM's disappearance as JW was in charge of the investigation at the time. Believe me I have met him prior to this and he was 4 quarters shy of a dollar. If someone like that can become police chief in that town, then sign me up for mayor!

I agree, but I also did not come here to argue only to present to the forum what I have learned from people in Woodsville and will continue to do so whether they like it or not. In fact I just got off the phone with someone from there and I am possibly heading there tomorrow to do some more digging.

Wowzer,
I believe Bill mentioned in an earlier post that JW had been police chief at the time of MM accident. In light of the morecent intoxication and arrest, I think Bill might be wondering about the integrity of the handling of the MM case back when. Other people may have wondered how things were going down at the police dept. at the time of Maura's accident. When you have an officer having to chase after and arrest his own intoxicated(?) chief, you must admit this is a little bit unusual. I read that the chief attempted to flee?...attempted to resist arrest? What an awkward situation for that poor officer.

Sara, don't worry about it....your location is not important, just as long as YOU know where you are! Snowy would be great either working at an airport bring planes in or in commercial real estate. She's totally dedicated to and always worried about location, location, location. Really. Just a little obsessive about where everyone is... You need not keep reassuring her, however, of your location as that will only reinforce inappropriate behavior (the more likely she will continue to probe about where you are).

Hi Bill! You're correct....there is no evidence that a crime has been committed....and...there is no evidence that a crime was NOT committed. There may have been evidence but it sounds as though that sort of thing was not considered as important as it should have been at the time, right? In my opinion, it seems like it may have been slotted right up there as just one more of those wild, drunken teenagers out partying and most likely she ran off somewhere. In fact some people are still attempting to push the runaway theory. All of the homicides and suspected homicides they've found were not all runaways, but I'm guessing initially they were all considered runaways. It's only when someone trips over a dead body here and there and here and there and here and there and here and there, do they "suspect" homicide. Did authorities ever find the 40-year old man (his car was found on Sinclair Road, approx. 2.5 miles through the woods from where Maura's accident occurred)?

Honestly I believe there was a crime committed but without a body and a lack of physical evidence thanks to the Haverhill PD, we may never know what became of MM. Improper interviewing and handling of MM's belongings top the list. RF told HP 10 days after the incident that he saw a female approx. 4-5 miles from where her car was, but couldn't remember which night it was, later on April 29th he told the SP that it was the night in question. Prior to HP handing the case over to SP, HP returned all of MM's belongings within two weeks of her disappearance including her car back to her family. Not until late June 2005 did the NH SP go to MM's sisters house in Hanover, MA to retrieve these items for their investigation. 16 months after the fact. Now I under stand why they don't release certain information so as not to compromise their investigation, but this case has been botched since day one. If I was MM's father I would seriously consider a law suit against both the Town of Haverhill and the State of NH.
I know what you did
