Didn't this occur after Maura's accident when CS was called away well after 9pm? How can this be related at all.

Lymn kiln road and maura to connect the two just doesn't fit for several reasons.
1) time
2) location
3) sex
jwb - I apologize for not replying to your post sooner. I'm new to topix. In fact I only just discovered this forum mid May. As my location shows I'm just over the river in Vt.As I read this forum I remembered the news on tv, radio & the papers from 2004. All of them leaving me & the public with more questions than answers. Not just what happened to MM but also why things were done &/or not done by LE and family. As I cont. to read topix I found there was more information. All one needed to do was look. When I noticed the the GCSL 911 call @ 9:23pm for the missing boy I began to "speculate" that this "could" legitamately & logically explain much of the confusing (published) events of that evening, the witness sightings of someone on foot running away, mysterious unexplained red truck(s) in the area, why HPD only searched in one direction, reports of footprints found in people's yards &/or on the pole line, why the first BOLO was only put out to fire & rescue, possible discrepancies in the GCSL and maybe even some other details.
One doesnt have to read long to know every theory possible has been brought up.If I'd thought of it there was a good chance someone else had too. That's why I posted. To my surprise the response from "long time" posters was minimal. I'm no super sleuth. Just an average person. I figured I should probably read more & post less before responding. I've found several posts within the forums that lead me to believe the theory has merit.

Cpl Trott found what he deemed were "suspicious footprints" going to a pole line in north Haverhill on Feb 11, 2004.>

I believe the footprints by pole line is in reference to the power lines.>
I REMEMBER THIS THIS BEING REPORTED ON MAGIC 97.7 WHEN THE STORY FIRST BROKE.I BELIEVE IT WAS LATER DETERMINED TO BE UNRELATED. AT THE TIME THAT WAS CONFUSING BUT I NOW BELEIVE THEY BELONGED TO THE MISSING BOY.LE KNOWS THE TRACKS ENDED ON LIME KILN RD WHERE THEY FOUND THE BOY UP A POLE. LE WOULD ALSO KNOW WHERE THEY ORIGINATED. I BELEIVE THEY ORIGINATE NEAR MAURA'S ACCIDENT.
<topix post #1155 pg54 Oct 19, 2010 - Some people imply that Maura, her car,(the whole accident thing by the weathered barn), took longer than just 15 minutes from start to end. There were footprints in the other neighbors yard, but who knows if they ever gave it much credit after the fact. Might be part of info that we don't have.>
COULD THIS EXPLAIN THE ARGUMENT OVER JURISDICTION? DID THE MISSING BOY RUN THROUGH THE SAME AREA NEAR THE MM CRASH SITE?

Sorry went through my notes it was not the dog owner that sought us out. It was the woman that heard LE in her back yard arguing as to whose jurisdiction it was.
RobibsonOrdway posted on Nov 13, 2007 regarding NHSP Monaghan's reply to her question:
"He went to the call only to make sure that the accident did not occur in his jurisdiction, which it did not. He then proceeded down 112 - towards my house - and told HPD that he would look on the way. That is when he saw me and stopped. He was actually on his way to another call for a suicidal boy in Pike. He does not fill out a statement because it is not required according to Section 106-B:15. He investigated nothing and saw nothing.">
DOES THIS EXPLAIN WHY JKM MADE NO COMMENT ON HIS ACTIVITY THAT NIGHT? WAS HE LOOKING FOR A MINOR CHILD FROM THE SCHOOL? WOULD BOTH BE PROTECTED BY PRIVACY LAWS?
