unfortunately you need a search warrant and maybe that is what the grand jury was established for. Just not enough yet to wrap up the deal.

remember the LE prob had a suspicion on RF but, could not inspect his Mobile until it was being towed away. They prob had the excuse of checking because of some other danger etc re towing IDK. Anyway there are legalities for search.

Forensic search....

Healy's theories in this case are absolutely ridiculous, in my opinion. Not a single thing he has said has any little bit of proof whatsoever, without exception. None of it makes sense based on the facts of the case.

Not to mention he has never seen the case file, nor has he done any serious independant investigation into the case. I would be interested to have jwb post what investigation Healy has done and what evidence he has discovered on which he bases his theories.

I give his opinion no weight whatsoever.

Ive always thought it peculiar LE wasnt able to get a search warrant..It may provide the key evidence needed.Can LE request the same search warrant again?Its insane.

It is illegal to pose as LE to benefit and you are trying to mess with an open investigation.

RF refused search...transfered/sold trailer into a NH town South....was then inspected...

I´m returning to my previous observation:
Why is it that the Haverhill LE report on Maura´s accident clearly indicates that her Saturn was found at a point very close to the WB curve, while the car apparently ended up much closer to the
M-tte house and the BHR intersection?
It is likely that Maura´s car first ended up at the spot indicated in the official report by Officer CS, but that Maura was able to reverse the car into a position near the M-tte residence.
If that is the case - which does seem likely - the Saturn would have been found there when LE arrived.
So why then does the official Haverhill police report states otherwise?
