Big gummie NHLI PI calls President of United States a "Commie Shitbag." Sort of like when he called SBD "that shithead."

Says about Muslims: "Biological Jihad is the Muslim practice of emmigrating to every major country around the world, and have as many children as possible. The average number of people in a European Muslim family is 8, with many families having as many as 10 to 14. By increasing the number of Muslim living in any one particular country, they eventually will become the dominant force in that country as their people go in to public life, are elected to prominent positions, and then change the laws of that country to suit the Muslim ideology."

NHLI PI's extreme political beliefs dovetail nicely with way investigation managed, pr handled, etc.

I'm not sure what your talking about when you say she didn't notice any houses nearby and thoiught it was a good place to go unseen; there was like 5 houses all within site of her and they pretty much all became witnesses of some sort.
She did everything in plain view of the witnesses with no attampt to hide what she was doing. She got her things together and she walked on down the road to go use the phone or catch a ride to a phone.
The most likely scenario here is that she got a ride out of there and was picked up 100yds up the road where the dog lost her scent. That's just makes the most sense.
They searched 112 for tracks leading into the woods and found none. They actually searched the whole of 112 up to n woodstock with a helicopter looking for a trail leading into the woods and found none. This is one of the few things scarinza sounds confident of, that she's not in the woods anywhere near the crash site. From this fact they can surmise that she most like got a ride.
It seems that LE believ that she got a ride too,
Quote:
"If she entered a vehicle to get away from the scene, as police believe, they wonder if she knew the driver or if she went with a stranger.
So it seems police do believe she got a ride and they did actually admit it once. Her getting a ride makes sense. That just makes the most sense as to why she hasn't been found in the immediate area. There were no trails leading into the woods and they had the advantage of fresh snow. That doesnt mesn she isnt in the woods somewhere else or that she def didn't commit suicide, it just means she got a ride from the immediate area. Think how easy it would have been to hitch a ride for her. Yea she technically could be lost in the woods and just not found, they are some huge woods up here, but it's highly unlikely. She most likely would've tried to find some trail or fire Road to go up and she wouldn't have made it far. She was already shivering and cold when she was at the crash site. How far you really think she could've made jt? Your not saying that you think she was trying to make the backside of cannon are you? What would make her think she could do something like that? She thought these mountains were hard in the summer.
'
Makes no sense that she ran miles up the road and then went miles into the woods, it makes a lot of sense that she just simply hitched a ride.
But to where?
I believe she took a ride from the wrong person and was abducted. Nothing in her life indicates her being a depressed, suicidal person. We have one break down which might not even have been nearly as bad as its made out to be we have no other indications of depression, she wanted to order Dane cook tickets with her friends, she just didn't sound that depressed. I don't see what she had to kill herself over, even the vasi hit. If she didn't care enough to run and then run away to nh til the heat died down then she probably wasn't gonns kill herself over it.
Your theory just doesn't make sense. You base the whole thing, including her death, on her being drunk. You say "until the alcohol wears off" and she succumbs to the elements. She didn't even have that much alcohol with her, that whole statement is ridiculous. Again if she's so drunk how's she walking so deep into the woods so good? wouldn't she want to be drunk to make it easier to freeze to deat? We shouldn't she have brought some alcohol with her when she left the car then? All she brought was kahlua, she left everything else behind. Again, COMMON SENSE...you make mention of that but as far as I can tell you don't use it at all. You theory makes. I logical sense on a lot of different levels.
Holy crap Jenkins! Calm down before you blow a fuse.
I have to laugh at you actually telling someone that they aren't using common sense.

Evidently you have nothing new to add to the conversation. You're game playing is not the best but I'll give you a B for effort.
If you really had something productive to say you would have said it and not just thrown hints out to the posters. That's what a troll does for attention. If you have something to say then spit it out and stopped playing these stupid games.

what theory you like?
I don't favor one particular theory at this point. There is so much we don't know and so many possibilities that it's hard to make sense of it.

I used to feel very strongly that she had been killed in NH, and that LE in NH most likely knew who did it but didn't have enough evidence to convict. My theory was based on reading the court papers from Fred's lawsuit. However, I have since changed my mind after looking at it from the perspective that LE said whatever they could to keep the records from being released.

I still think its thoroughly possible that she was killed, but I try to keep an open mind. I think hypothermia is a strong possibility, whether or not she was suicidal at that point. Successfully running away to start a new life has seemed least likely to me, but if the Vasi hit is true and she had help to run away then that would change my opinion.

So, long story short... I don't know.:-)

If she had hypothermia and animals got to the body, would that be a reason that no remains were ever found.

I think you are right regarding LE and their knowledge of the killer and lack of evidence. So much time has passed, I don't think they will ever pin it on anyone, short of a confession.

I don't think that would be a reason no remains we're ever found. While animals can get to a body most of it would still remain; to my knowledge animals will not carry it away or make it unrecognizable as a body.

If she just jumped the snowbank in some random spot and just trounced through 2'+ of snow miles into the woods and died of exposure that could be a reason she hasn't been found. The forest out there is huge and if she was just in a random spot that wasn't near any trails or other landmarks then it would be unlikely for a hunter or hiker to come across her body.

While it is possible that she is just in the middle of the woods somewhere I feel that is just very unlikely. Just because she could be there doesn't mean that she is. Nobody has offered up anything resembling a logical explanation for why she would've just walked straight into the woods in the first place. Even if she was suicidal it still doesn't make sense. In most suicides the person tries to make themself comfortable for the act, usually doing it at home or another place they are comfortable. Freezing to death is a horrible way to die, certainly not an ideal method of suicide. Freezing to death by yourself in a lonely spot in the middle of some random forest in NH is just awful, I can't see anyone voluntarily doing that. Also if this was what she was thinking when she left her car wouldn't you think that she would've taken some more alcohol with her to try to make it a little less painful?? All she took when she left her car was the bottle of kahlua she had, not exactly drink yourself to death liquor.

The theory that she just randomly walked miles into the woods wearing tennis shoes and jeans, far enough that she wouldn't be found for 8.5 yrs, just doesn't make sense on a lot of different levels

Absolutely incorrect.

I have pictures documenting a deer, not unlike the size and weight of a human being, being disassembled by scavengers. I also tracked the carcass over several days as it was dragged farther and farther from where the kill occurred until he connected vertebra where the only things still attached. This only took four nights. This was only done by coyotes, no bears in this area. I have pictures of some of the coyotes I took at night so I know for certain what was moving and destroying the carcass. Bigger carnivores/scavengers, bears in particular can and will crush even the femurs of a human being to get at the marrow. No bone can't be crushed by black bears with the possible exception of the skull, depending. Coyotes can crush most bones. So even the bones won't likely be intact given enough time. The remains can be scattered over a fairly large area and the pieces pretty small.

Nothing goes to waste in nature.

If you don't think a bottle of Kahlua could easily make you pass out, I suspect it can, almost certain of it. If you pass out and you are dressed inappropriately you will die of hypothermia. You can look at the reference I produced earlier on Guy Waterman. You can also check in any city in winter. You will find some homeless (it may surprise you to know that some homeless have been known to take a drink once in a while) die from hypothermia, often brought on by their drinking.

You are correct. It takes about 3-4 weeks for a 1000 lb dead moose to completely disappear. No bones or anything else left. Many animals and birds feed off of it.

"Levy said forensic investigators will probably resort to genetic testing on bone fragments and swatches of hair, which were found scattered over a quarter-mile square Tuesday and yesterday by searchers combing the area."

"Because of the dispersal and scarcity of the bones, investigators speculate that wild animals may have disturbed Wong's body after her death. Searchers with dogs were looking for more remains yesterday, investigators said.
"There's so little of her that they've located so far, it's going to be a difficult task," said Milpitas Police Detective Steve Pangelinan, whose department has directed the missing person investigation."

I stand corrected, apparently a body can get taken away. Bill your right about the deer carcass, that reminds me of one time where I saw about half of a seers spinal column and that was it, nothing else.
Bill did you really track that for a few days??

Clearly that could happen to a body as well.
But generally it doesn't. Most human bodies found in the woods are completely intact. Why is that? I've read People theorize that because our bodies are so full of toxins from all the crap we eat, smoke, drink and work with in our jobs that animals don't want to eat us unless theyre starving. Obviously this isn't always true, the case of mrs Wong above is a perfect example. That's crazy, has anyone ever heard of someone gettin that scattered by animals?

It is extremely rare that you hear about a humans body being scattered by animals. I can't think of one case it's happened in, bodies are almost always found complete, even after years. Is that the only article you could find that mentioned that maruchan? I take it you googled it, was that the only result? One article from '96?
