Oooops. Sorry people. Important work going on here. No time for anything else. Every second away from going over the same dull facts again and again and again. Somehow prevents these people from discovering Maura is sunbathing in Cabo. Really got to laugh.

Fortunately for us, this isn't their forum. We CAN do anything we want. And if I choose to read about Emmett's new job, I am going to. If you don't want to, and you want to talk for the thirtieth time about the "trailer hitch damage" to the car, feel free. Since this case couldn't get any colder for us forum sleuths if it was with me on one of my camping trips in -25F weather. I chose to do other things here until some real evidence appears. You are allowed to waste your time in any way you see fit. Just as long as it doesn't impede me from enjoying myself and it isn't so blatantly stupid that it needs to be corrected. All I ask is that you keep me entertained.

Got to really ask Pointless. Why does Jenkins need to be here to solve this? I mean, is he asking questions about things he doesn't know? Unless you want to talk about the police visit to Fred's house decades ago. That was a useful fact. I think that there have been some pretty intelligent people on here over the years. With a varying degree of different talents and yet none of them were able to "crack" this case. There have also been a fair number of nit-wits that have shown up. Usually they don't stay long because when you hold a mirror up to a nit-wit, they often recognize how foolish they are and leave, most not wanting to know what their real name is. Most, obviously not all. Some hover like a malevolent specter in the background always ready to throw a blivet and some just continually post on and on and on and on about things they clearly know nothing about like BobJ. So while Bob is prodigious killer of precious electrons, maybe you can tell us what he is doing that is useful?

Hi Jenkins. I remember you from way back as well, and your posts were always helpful. Because we had to follow a certain set of rules, I agree those old forums were alot more lighthearted when it came to Maura. If anyone tried to post rumors of family dynamics, that CD in question, or the cc fraud, or get into some of the "grey" or private areas, those posts were usually deleted fairly quickly. Many were banned after posting such things.
About the timing of this party. December was upon her and Maura knows she cannot leave school until at least after her court appointment on December 15th, 2003. Court hearings, unless private, are done on select days. There may have been others from UMASS with reason to be in court,~ making them able to hear what Maura had been accused of. She may have been told some things in court that worried her about the situation she was in. Family members and a few friends went on record to say that Maura was quiet over the holidays, and I think that they didn't know why. When Kathleen said Maura may think she's in trouble,(but all would be fine), the thought may have been of the mindset OF "fine" for being forgiven by the school for her "death in the family" excuse. I don't personally think Maura would tell even her own sister about using other peoples credit card for her own use.
If she already thought she may have to pack up and leave UMASS because of her legal issues, she would be wondering how to give her notice to the school, let alone how to tell her family, etc...? And at the same time, try and go about her holiday plans without letting on as to this "thing" hanging over her head.
That's why I asked how Maura made it to her family celebrations in MA, then to the party in Goshen, NH, then back to Ohio for the family (future in laws) celebration. It sounded like Billy drove her back in January, but I am not sure of that.
So the question might be where was Andrea before NY's eve, and did she come pick Maura up, if Maura didn't drive her own car? Because campus friends said that she hadn't driven her Saturn in a few weeks, I wonder if the timing of that was because Maura drove herself there and back,(to the Goshen, NH party). When police in MA along with FBI questioned people. Thoughts?

Police had a campus friend come into Maura's dorm room. That friend was able to tell them that the room looked packed up. Yet the family and many others want to disagree with that idea. That the room had a reason for looking like that. They thought it due to cleaning, etc.
But I would hope they would talk to that campus friend themselves, to find out how Maura typically kept her room and just what was it that made the friend think it looked as though Maura were leaving.
Now, I know Fred and Billy went into that room a few days after Maura went missing. I wonder what their gutt feeling was upon seeing it. Not what they relayed about it, but what their gutt feeling was at the time.

Im sorry.. I read & reply to others personal things.. IF Jenkins could solve this he should get a reward & I would be happy for him.. When anyone ask a question about a medical problem to a known "first responder/EMT" person, whats wrong with that? Theres over 20K post & over half of that is arguments! Im not a problem, I dont have any FACTS that are new at all to theorize about! & I am not about to sound dumb to everyone by talking about things that are no longer online for me to read & make my own conclusion!

I have posted many thoughts & theories based on Mauras disappearance since Feb.. There are pieces of the puzzle missing & I dont know enough to put them together, I would love for someone to be able to do it.. Like maybe someone from up yonder.. My theories were explained to me as they couldnt work.. I had no idea yall had frozen ponds!!

Hi all does anyone know if classes were still in session on December 31st 2003.I think Maura was required to be in court Dec 20th 2003.Other people other than pizza places were ripped off by Mauras' credit card theft.Has anyone in Mauras ' family not been arrested.Maybe Kurtis .take care philip

I remember hearing that Maura may not have been going to clinicals, and if not maybe it was made up. If so, then the time Maura left campus in inadequate outerwear/(for an unexpected-snowstorm)/had to spend the night there...and where is THERE? Well, what were they up to? Is this the person Maura returned the covering to, the same day she took off on her own free will? Did they talk? Could this person hold any answers?

Oh, so you think the court date was the 20th? That's even worse in the sense that it would be hard to come up with an explanation as to why you had to wait to come join the family for Christmas.
