If maura is dead or alive, I would think posters placed along with hitting the local papers again might be worth a shot. This case needs another piece of info or someone to come forward. If it were my daughter, I would continue to get her pic and name out there.

I have said it many times,many if not most locals here are not familier with the case as it is so far back in ther mind now.

Many missing cases unfortnately go on for many years )20,30,40+, but this case is less than 10 years old so there is a slight chance to jog a memory t0 get someone to come forward.

Jwb- My opinion on it is that clearly it exists but is rarely, if ever, used in practice.
Apparently that's the official legal term meaning the prosecution dismissed the charges.
From that definition it looks to me like a defendant can't cop to a nolle like they can in other states, but rather that's the prosecution dropping the charges all together.
Im definitely a little confused on the matter because I've had a couple different attorneys tell me that nolle's don't exist in mass, that's why I'm under the impression that they exist but are not generally used in practice.

Yea but Emmett what page of the documents are you referring to where you think it looks similar to the CI info you have in your hands.

I'm looking for it but I'm just not seeing what your talking about but I would like to see what your talkin about.

My feelings is that most here really do want an answer as to what happened to Maura. The bickering and game play exists mainly because there is nothing new to talk about and it is very frustating. I don't want to see this thread go down the crapper as it is really the only lifeline left to keep it rolling otherwise she is just one of those fogotten many on namus and OMG that is so heartbreaking to look at. I really don't know why I am drawn to this mystery. I feel a sense of helplessnss I guess. I want to help but not sure if I can or if so how? Again this is in my area of NH.

Also ur lawyer files a motion of discovery & they hve to turn ova the CI sheet to those accused.. Then when they goin to go2 sleep for a few mins.. They sell they snitch papers.. Then vice has no idea who knows what.. All ik sayn play boi

You are the only one that I can think of here that ISP addy jumps from Lincoln,NH to Portland ME. Maybe you use a cell phone which shows a different addy than your home computer. I dunno.
