No it's not your theory. Your a more neutral party so she can be nice to you.
Now if you've been trying to promote any theory that involves maura gettin killed, then forget it, she woulda been all over you like a fat kid on a ho-ho.
And you guys have been getting along pretty good the last couple weeks, she was more than happy to talk about imaginary dinners, pies and whatever else that distracts from the topic at hand. I don't blame you though Emmett, your just being a genuinely nice guy and I don't think anyone can really bitch about that.
Thank You & I would say thats about 100% correct!! I dont look for trouble, I try my hardest not to offend anyone (thats not acting crazy), & just "lyn n d weeds" waiting on some REAL news..

But now since your the "red truck man", forums gonna be full all weekend & I wont be able to play around like usual.. I can watch from the sidelines or I can say what I think.. & that you made a typo.. But as you know, no1 really listens to me..

Ohh, wow!! I totally missed that!! Jenkins was driving a red truck back then & drives 112 a lot, as he has said.. Plus has a girl that goes to Umass Amherst, so its not that far to put 2 & 2 together that I didnt in the last few weeks..
But it was probably just a typo.. No offense, but thats my main theory.. The red truck..
LOL, definitely a typo. I forgot to put a period between those two sentences, obviously I wasn't saying I was driving a red truck whilst looking for THE red truck.

Liar!!! You are a complete and total liar, no question.
You aint carrying no gun around since I started posting, who are you trying to fool??
Yea, cuz some guy comes online and makes an argument indicating that Maura most likely caught a ride and was probably subsequently killed you started carrying a gun...ya that makes A LOT of sense...LOL
Such complete and total bullshit it's ridiculous, who are you tryin to fool??
You think anyone REALLY believes this garbage?? Wowzer or some other weirdo might SAY that they do, but nobody believes that trash. Nice try. LOL, what a dumbass!
Didn't you say you live out if state anyways?
And there you go, folks. This bozo won't allow me to have an opinion -- my opinion is, by his view, a "lie". Just because he doesn't like it, I guess.

Same for carrying a gun. He doesn't know me, who is he to say I don't carry one? And call me a liar when I say I do?

He's making my point: he's a bozo who calls things facts when they aren't, and calls them lies when they are. Again, Jenkins, where are your statistics on your claim as FACT that "most girls" will take a ride from a stranger (if their car breaks down, etc.)?

I think this post clearly states that I, in my professional capacity, noted a document known to me to be a subpoena, which was served for the purposes of obtaining the computer addresses of a poster on the Topix dot com message board.
I further think that I clarified my point, drawing an analogous comparison between Wowzer's issue, and the matter at hand for a relevant case, here, in Chicago. I stated that there were 'similar circumstances IN THE SENSE THAT...private citizen contacting the sheriff's Office to report the poster in question.'
And, no, Jenkins, as I stated in my initial post, I won't go into further detail because I'd object to the relevancy of that line of discussion. The comparison stops at the private citizen reporting to local LE regarding threats via Topix - that's it. After that point, the two cases cease to be analogous, and thus, no further comparison is required to note the similarities.
---
I'm astounded that my post would have confused anyone into thinking I was stating I'd seen a relevant subpoena to the MM case. It's nonsensical.
Your original post made perfect sense to me and probably to everyone else on here except Jenkins. Too bad you had to take the time to explain yourself when you were quite clear to begin with.

Simply- ok I misunderstood what you were saying and that's exactly why I asked you to clarify.
I thought you were saying that you saw a subpoena related to this case, and since your from Chicago I thought that was strange. Thank you for clarifying.
When I said that statement was blatantly ridiculous I was talking about what you said about wowzer, not the subpoena, which was ridiculous.
How can anybody honestly say that wowzer doesn't have a penchant for drama? That's like saying beagle doesn't have a penchant for out-there theories. Just completely inaccurate.
I appreciate you clearing up about the subpoena bc it really didnt make any sense that someone from Chicago would see anything regarding this case, and now that you explained it makes perfect sense.
I'm not going to go there with ya, regarding Wowzer, because I think it's a matter of opinion (although, in my defense, I'd suggest that the evidence at hand...her Topix posts...cut a clear and convincing picture of one who is not a fan of drama/bullshit/etc, but one who does, in fact, defend her area/home/neighbors to a high extent, and could be considered over-the-top in that regard.)
I state the above, since I'm assuming you'd use her criticism of Shack as the largest detraction from a 'nice lady' title being attributed to her...then again, that's just my assumption on what factors you would use to support your theory - and I've seen, time and time again, that you don't go the route I'd expect.

Thanks for explaining your post. Although I may have jumped down your throat a bit....for which I apologize....you drive me nuts, sometimes, sir. I mean that with the utmost respect and civility.

Truly absolutely batty, at times.

Regarding the observation of the duct tape -- this was posted:
"Matthew - Lincoln, NH - Feb 9, 2010
I was hunting 7.8 miles from the site of the car crash of Maura and found cloths with duct tape with hair in the tape. I called the state police they said they would call me back. Then 4 days they called me and wanted me to show them where the cloths were since the first call to the police it snowed but we found them and never heard nothing else."
If you map out exactly 7.8 miles from the crash site (472 Wild Ammonoosuc Road) down (eastbound) Rte. 112 you'll come to a bit of a dirt lay-by on the north side of the highway with a field beyond. Looks like a decent stopping point for someone going into the woods. The Google map date is October, 2008 and there was a greenish/silver Chevrolet truck parked there when they photographed that stretch. Could be the approximate locale. The lay-by is a couple of miles east of where the contractor reported having seen someone running near the road.
The New Hampshire Fish and Game website also provides sectional on-line topographical maps:

Why was this post downplayed within a page? This area is huge and evidence found?!? Muzzleloader season's here and I'll be looking down as well as up. I'm familiar with the area, I'd love to know if the duct tape was found near the timber landing? Admin pm?

Its difficult to comment on something you have no knowledge about. Iam greatful that Matthew contacted SP with there findings while out hunting. There was also a one time posting from a poster that used the name Mat. Dont recall the forum it was on or what was said. But if Im remembering correctly Mat was referring to the west so please dont quote this as fact. There was a hunter years back that found a clothing article in the woods east of the accident while hunting. This info was given to authorities. I believe this person to be credible. Dont know what ever became of this info because its an ongoing investigation.

What/where is the timber landing? I think this area is related to Maura's case somehow. Keep looking, and please familiarize yourself with her missing poster which describes what she was likely wearing and items she may have had with her including a cell phone and black backpack.

I think every area is of importance of Mauras disappearance. I pray to god that everyone keeps looking. A broken cell phone was found many years back in the easterly direction.

Thank you citigirl. Yes we have certainly had our differences but over all I think we are all here for the same reason, at least most of us, and that is to someday find out what happened to Maura and where she is.Will it happen from something said on this forum I highly doubt that but I do believe that the work of LE and the CCU will someday bring this to a close.
I do appreciate your understanding.
Several posters have complained in the past because my postings are very vague. I can only state the info as to how it was given to me. I have always tried very hard to not mix my thoughts and opinions into what I have been told. Some posters think the answer is to talk with Renner. I do want Maura to be found but on the other hand Iam not going to give any info to a book writer who is going to twist and turn info around. I have met alot of people from the area and do love and care about them. My number one priority is finding Maura and protecting the people I have talked with.

I'm not from Nh so I don't know the answer to your question, but I'm happy to hear that you are looking while you are there. Have you written to the family through their website?(Mauramurraymissing(do t)com)
I emailed some info to them months ago and they seem grateful for any help.
Maybe they can provide you the poster that shows Maura's shoes, backpack and cell phone, as well as answer about the timber landing?

Timber landing? I'm not sure where that is. There was one years ago by gun club.
To my knowledge this person was talking about a spot closer to Wildwood, past the flats.

That is very interesting info posted by that hunter.

Didn't he post it on the Amherst,ma topix forum? I seem to recall that's where the info originated but I can be wrong about that.

My point I want to make is that it must've been someone's hair right? Hair attached to duct tape seems pretty ominous to me, these aren't the kind of things that go together innocently very often.
I can't believe people aren't more disturbed by this and wanting answers from the NHSP.
Shouldn't the public want to know if this is connected with mm and if not who's hair it is?
If it was innocent, some hunters hair just accidentally gettin stuck in duct tape shouldn't the public want to know that too?

Was this ever mentioned in any articles that anyone is aware of?

Thanks for posting that apportioned. That is the kind of thing that I think is worth reminding the forum about.
