See what I'm saying though? Your don't consider yourself a criminal, and your really not. Gettin arrested a few times ten years ago does not mean your a criminal, same thing as stealingnanfew times doesn't make her a their. JMO I don't think it's being mean. If someone comes into my house and takes something that belongs to me or takes my CC and uses it to buy something for themselves without my knowledge then I consider them a thief no matter who they are. Don't you think if she was very hungry she would have used some of the money in her account that she withdrew when she headed north? It isn't like she was flat broke with no family or friends she could get help from. JMHO

She clearly wasn't going hungry, she had $ in her scct & I'm sure her family would've sent her $ if she needed it for food. I was just talking about categorizing someone completely off of a mistake they made, which seems unfair. Emmett is a perfect example, he's been arrested a few times and was even on rikers island for a year and a half, does that mean he should just be characterized as a criminal?

Bruno's does not accept student id cards, I don't know about Primo's at the time.

Maura's supervisor relieved Maura from duty for the remaining 30 or so minutes of maura's originally scheduled shift because maura wasn't able to continue doing her job and needed to be escorted to her dorm. These are the facts. She also received a call on the work landline from a phone within UMass campus. The number was supposedly only known to security staff and camppus police. The caller reportedly had "moved on" at the time the call was traced. I´m not sure what time this call came in.

Having a legal firearm from my home state that is 100% legal & it being illegal to have 1 in said state is totally different than stealing!
Being a thief is MUCH diff than what I done.. I had not a clue that I couldnt have said firearm in that state.. She knew what she was doing & thats stealing! I aint no cagna of a thief..
No one looks at my record & sees anything criminal! As far as rikers, I considered myself a political prisoner & I was fully cleared of all charges.. It was self defense & anyone can pull my record or anyone that truly knows me dont consider me any type of criminal..
Stealing from people gets you a rep that stays with you for life.. I know several thieves & I wouldnt let them no where near my home..
There is no virtual way to compare what I did to stealing.. If I wanted to "pretend" I could say that instead of legally putting my firearm on the dash like I did & getting in trouble, I should have kept it in my pocket & would have knowingly done something illegal & just "got away with it"..
& then, its not like I done it ever again.. How many thefts were commited?? She had money to eat, no one knows why she chose to steal.. I chose to follow the law as I knew it, I didnt choose to do something illegal..
If something happened to me, you wouldnt hear people saying "ohh its probably cus he put that gun on the dash or yea that gun on his dash charge could have caused someone to hurt him"..
I leaglly make a lil over 200K a year.. No1 would hire me if they thought I was bout to rob them blind & steal from clients..

& to be honest, if you call me a criminal its be like calling you one for that bag of pot you got caught with.. You dont see anyone callin u a pot head do you? No, cus everyone knows that stealing from people is worse.. Im glad you keep up with what I did, even though I was a few years younger than she was when I was arrested.. Thats just a young person doing something stupid also isnt it? I mean, since I was much younger I shouldnt have took responsibility for what I done, right? Im glad this is about me & what I said about her.. Fact - she stole = Fact - she was a thief.. Mean or not, the truth hurts sometimes.. Emmett carries weapons Bob smokes pot & she stole!!! Its ok for your side of the "theories" to say "maybe someone was mad at cc theft" but I say "thief" & its bring up what I done when I was 18??? Lol

The caller reportedly had "moved on" at the time the call was traced. I´m not sure what time this call came in. I'm not so sure about that one. I contend that this could be a revolving story mixup which is typical and not done intentionally by the media. And yes, I know what you are referring to. But to be clear, there was an on-campus phone call that was investigated by police and it took them no less than a year to determine the idenity of the person for which maura talked. When police first began searching phone records, they didn't believe they would ever find this mystery person and the reason they gave at the time was that this person "Had likely moved on" and it would be hard to trace them. It turns out that this particular phone call that the police were referencing was the one that took place Monday Feb 9, when maura called a fellow nursing student to return her lab jacket. Hearing for many months early on (after maura disappeared) out of the media about a "mysterious phone call while maura was working that upset her" and then also hearing police say they are "trying to trace a number but are having a hard time because the person has likely moved on" is how I believe IMO, that this mixup occured and the media believed the cops were talking about the same phone call when really they weren't. But that is what happens in a revolving story where the facts can develop and even change (be corrected) on a day to day basis as more information is learned and other information is put in its proper context and place

Were visitors (Boys) allowed in the dorm rooms? Were the pizzas def. delivered to the dorm room? Maura had a dining plan,a job,a bank account&Family as a backup..Really no need to steal Cc's..Maybe Maura had a hungry new friend who put her up to it?

Fact - they committed a criminal act = Fact - they are a criminal. Mean or not the truth hurts sometimes. I'm sure they're a couple of moments in everyone's life that they wish they could have back, and definetly would not want those few actions to define their character. Is St. Peter a liar for lying about his association with Jesus or is he the Saint that the church says he is?

Ok, chalk that 1 up to being young or whatever, I wont cus I despise thievery.. Well, it was done again at UMASS.. So it wasn't just "one little moment to take back".. &'for what I done, what happened to "Live Free or Die!"?? I had a legal VA firearm in my car that I placed on my dash in CT.. If I had wanted to commit a criminal act I wouldn't have put it on the dash .. Ill argue about people stealing all day but no comment on the religious side.. If I have to say Im a criminal cus of something stupid.. Ill take the gun charge over being known as a thief...!!!!!!

I said that with question marks.. & you can't Allow it? WTH?? Bottom Line.. No-One points at me &says "thats the guy that got caught with a firearm" ... How many thieves you want near your home? Everyone points out thieves.. They steal from hard working people.. From what is known, getting caught at WP, then doing it again at UMass.. That makes her an angel?? So when someone steals from you, you can pat them on the back & say "good job".. I have no more to say on this.. Stealing from people is not cool at all.. I will not get caught up defending myself just cus I said it like it was - She's A Thief!!!!!!!

The caller reportedly had "moved on" at the time the call was traced. I´m not sure what time this call came in. I was curious as to why their was never any published name for this individual who had "moved on" .... The name of Maura's sister who had phoned that evening had been released to public, etc. Why no investigative reporting as to the name of the person who had a room in the dorm? Earlier call in evening 2/5 (Maura's cell phone record) had reportedly been for pizza. What reason would she have to leave the security desk and go for a cruise in the Saturn? The hit-and-run theory seems remote....and by all reports, the Saturn sounded like a vehicle people would not be standing in line to borrow. Most hearsay reports are unreliable. The cell phone record beginning at least one month PRIOR to Maura's disappearance needs to be examined, studied closely as it does not involved hearsay. People who were close to her all report she had told no one about plans for a trip that week...except of course an employer and a few faculty members. Not telling anyone close to her about her travel plan is rare, especially for someone who hikes and has had survival skills training. This was not a day trip....this absence from Amherst involved a few days, possible not returning to Amherst until Sunday or Monday. She planned to return to Amherst, why else both attempting to ensure excused absence (death in family)? Why bother to try for excused absence at all if suicide or running away was in her plans? It seems likely she may have told someone...the someone who either accompanied her in separate vehicle north into NH or someone she planned to meet somewhere far away from campus. Also, this was a Valentine's day week-weekend.
