In this new persona, all talk of " Ass bacwards ASSumptions will only be allowed if one can state the particular measurements and relative hotness of the ASSumptions one wishes to discuss. Everything after that I think you will discover becomes what we refer to as "the windmill". The same conversations with the same results, over and over and over. And the funniest part, I think you will find, is that the results are that there just isn't enough information to solve this. But it is a full time job keeping nut jobs from adding information who are trying to make this disappearance into a lifetime movie. There is lots of room for discussion, no room for the creation of "facts".
Oh and about the disappearance. It is amazingly easy to disappear. As a test, I suggest you watch someone jog by your house. You will be amazed how soon they "disappear". Now imagine if you were actively trying to not be seen.
And did Jenkins actually say 22 drinks?? Was he out during what "drunk means" day during his criminal science classes? There is an actual legal definition. Just because someone may be use to drinking, that doesn't change their blood alcohol level. A little more than two drinks in an hour for her would almost certainly put her over that level. And their blood alcohol level is all that matters.
Oh and I forgot, a big hello to Maruchan and Simply Sarcasm also.

Bill,
Please don't come here with all of these facts. Particularly those that can be proven with science, like that ridiculous one concerning blood alcohol levels. You think you're smart with your big fancy words? I bet you read that in one of those stupid assed books. Everyone knows that hot girls have different blood than the rest of us. They can handle way more alcohol. You and your stupid assumptions stated as fact. Obviously you're so insecure you have to come here to this stupid thread where stupid people write stupid assed posts about stupid people who write stupid assed posts to stroke your ego and use these uber words on us hip, hot dweebs that are stuck in a nutshell. It's just ASSinine!

Jesus SS. Lets not confuse jenkins with terminology that he may need to look up. Any reasonable jury would know that she had an open container in the car and there is no reason for an open container unless you are drinking from it. And no reason to run from an accident unless you don't want to talk to police about the crash. But when you graduate from Bill and Toms criminal justice and hair care college. You might not learn things like this.

things disappear.

I love when bill talks about how he doesn't go to ws because he doesn't like it or some BS like that when we all know that he was a regular contributor but got banned for his personal attacks an otherwise childish demeanor. LOL, banned from WS and then talks shit about it like he would NEVER post there, LOL.

Do you think that an open container in the car and evidence of a possible drink that the driver had in a bottle with pink liquid splashed inside the car would be nothing to worry about?
I believe the police would not take it lightly if they found someone sipping even one drink while driving. And I doubt the box of wine in plain view would have helped the situation.
Who were the witnesses that saw her and said she was walking just fine on the slippery road?
Sorry but having an open container in the car is
Not an arrestable offense, that's called open container, which is a ticket, not an arrest.
They would give the person a field sobriety test sure but it looks like she would've had no problem passing it, remember that she wasn't stumbling, tripping, staggering or any of the classic signs of an intoxicated person from the witness statements. Then we also have the sbd who specifically said she was NOT intoxicated.
So idk what you mean when you say they would not have 'taken it lightly' lol, but if someone's BAC is below .08 and they have an open container in the car they get a ticket, That's it. There's no taking it lightly or not taking it lightly, whatever the hell that's supposed to mean. There's the law and they have to follow it, at least that's what they've sworn to do, even though many cops don't do that and many don't know the laws they've sworn to uphold. But you'd be hard pressed to find a cop that doesn't know drinking while driving laws, in which an open container is an infraction.'they don't take too kindly to that around here' LOL, yea, they give out tickets.
Smith didn't even notice the coke container until after the car was towed away anyways.

Simply a disgusting post right here, my god. Comparing a girl who's been missing for 9 years, who's been murdered in all likelihood, with your missin dog, and some other bullshit.

Eureka! Now it all makes sense. Bob, after receiving his degree in criminal justice/cosmetology besot himself to practice this secondary skill of his, that of the Barber, in the tradition of his Victorian forefathers. These were days when one could get a haircut, a shave and Gall bladder surgery all in one sitting. Convenient for those that consider a gratuity requisite for any well performed surgical procedure as well.
Bob, in the arrogance of youth, chose to break the Hippocratic oath and perform a colonoscopy on himself. Without going into embarrassing details, there were complications and certain surgical tools may or may not have been accounted for after the procedure. One can ASSume however that it is uncomfortable for Bob to sit for long periods of time and because of this chronic situation, his mind is, and rightfully so, never far from his ass. It has spilled out into an obsession about asses in general, and in particular, this strange interest in what people are able to pull out of their own asses, ass communication and ass backwardness. I submit that it is because of the pain in Bob's ass, that he has become a pain in, and obsessed with ours

Bobby gives himself permission to free reign post an endless stream-of-consciousness, but no one else can.
he can put up multiple, successive 4K word posts, but that privilege is reserved...just for him.
he is the judge of tasteful / tasteless posts.
i guess he's finally gotten the message....repeatedly referencing Maura's appearance and physical attributes, even in a positive way, is tasteless.
score.

The Irony in your post for me; You mentioned the Hyundai add during the super bowl. My wife had just gotten home from the dealers after buying one against my advice! We were actually supposed to buy me a new truck and yes, I've always had F-series fords! Now I have to wait 'til June and at this point, I won't even consider a red one!

Funny you mention that. One of the best trucks I ever owned was a F-150 with a straight six. Had over 100K miles on it when I finally sold it. That was the truck in "brilliant blue" that I mentioned. Outstanding vehicle and especially the engine.

Well, she was supposed to be just looking and if she saw a deal that was to good to pass up, then maybe. Our definitions of a good deal seem to vary! I have a newer vehicle for work, but it's paid for by my business and not what I would choose as my daily driver!
My consolation prize? Having to put around a thousand bucks into her old vehicle just to get it's value back out of it! I should mention that she is one heck of a cook and for a lady that has had two very large children, she doesn't look bad in a pair of tight jeans either. ; )

And a big howdy-do back to you.:) As Wowzer said, hope you're enjoying your visit to our lovely state, but be really careful of that ice. Last Sunday, I saw all kinds of people ice fishing on a nearby large pond. It was in the 50s on Tuesday and Wednesday, and by Thursday, a lot had melted, then refroze that night, so I'm sure it looks much safer than it is.

Snowy- You musst know there's a big difference between having a drink and being intoxicated. This is why the law give you up to a .08 BAC level before you're considered legally drunk. Having a drink or 22 does not put most people above this limit, especially if they regularly drink, which maura obviously did.
There is evidence of an open container, which is an infraction, not an arrest, but there is nothing to indicate she was actually intooxicated. the SBD, bills personal hero, who actually spoke to her specifically said that she was NOT intoxicated. The other witnesses who saw her describe a person who is walking just fine, even on the skippery ground on the side of the road, no slips or falls, no staggering or looking off balance in any way whatsoever. Absoutely none of the classic signs that indicate someone is intoxicated.
If you actually read an analyze what the witnesses said, instead of going by your ass backwards assumptions you would know that she was not intoxicated.
Big difference between having a drink or two and being intoxicated, bbig difference.
You really need to stop stating your assumptions as fact.
Jenkins - logically you would have to assume that the alchol that was in her vehicle would be 20 times more probable of being the reason behind her disappearance than any other reason (ie: red truck, serial killer, or any other theory that you can concoct)

This is her first one. The lady is hell on vehicles and at her price point, the warranty is hard to beat. I've never been a big fan, but, as she says, it's not mine! Of course when one lets the salesman have their way with you and push all of the options under the sun onto you, your argument for an economical cheap car is hardly validated by the supposed savings in gas mileage...Did I mention what a great cook this lady is? I'm thinking my "new truck" will be a left over at best.....!
