Your correct. But I can live with it being 99.999995% And any theory I come up would reflect that, least I be considered an idiot.

I always find it funny when people equate drunk with falling down, throwing up on your shoes drunk. W.C. Fields drunk. Anyone that knows anything should know that is not the legal definition of drunk. Many people who you might think are sober, can easily be legally drunk.

I get a charge out of people that think I am "boasting" because I relay an experience to try to indicate that unlike some here I don't talk out of my axx.

I don't know why someone would think my limited experiences that I have relayed would be considered boasting by anyone, unless of course they have absolutely no experience with anything at all.

Nobody knows for certain if she was inebriated or not. You could say the odds based on what we know are high that she had a drink but we don't know how many.
If Maura was not familiar with that part of 112 she sure did a good job getting to that point if she was trashed. Lots of turns and curves to get to her final spot.
yours is a reasonable statement. no one knows with certainty. we can only argue the points without confirmation.

Wrong.
It would seem like a long time if it were true, however it is not. The M's called after they heard the crash, the police arrived 10 minutes later.(On accident report)Maura was gone. In the 10 minutes Butch talked to her, the trunk light was seen on at the back of the vehicle. The cell phone light was seen. Then she was gone.
There was no leisure time in the car.
My god man, do some research. You are so wrong about that 10 minute thing.
From the time FW called, which was the first 911 call to when smith actually arrived on scene was 19 minutes, not 10. Go look it up, he gives some weird story about making a wrong turn for his reason for it taking him so long to get there. Guy makes a wrong turn in a town he's grown up in and has driven around on patrol for the last year or two? Makes no sense but apparently that's what happened.
But it is a known fact that is took him 19 minutes to arrive on scene, idk where you got this 10 minute thing from but it'ss wrong, totally wrong.

So you said "it would seem like a long time if it were true" well it is true, if I can prove that it was 19 minutes is that going to make you change your opinion at least a little bit?

The FACTS here are that it took Smith 19 minutes to arrive on scene and she was seen at the car jusst minutes before Smith got there, that means she was at that car for pprobably over 15 minutes. To her after just crashing it might have felt a lot longer. Do you check your watch everytime you crash a car and time out exactly how long it's taking? I never have, it's a great idea but who actually thinks of that if they get n an accident.

But for real, wehre did you get ths 10 minutes number from? Did you ust pull it out of your ass? It took Smith EXACTLY 10 minues to get there? Im gonna have to ask you for a source on that, and 'ssomeone told me' doesn't count. If yyour sources are anything like bill's that's pretty much what i'm expecting lol

It certainly isn't my intent to stifle any legitimate investigation. But this was gone over before and FW saw SBD talking to Maura which shortens the time that Maura had to run as well as it was reported that she had difficulty getting out of the car. And then playing around in the trunk area. Again, likely shortening the time she had to get away. I would say probably around 10 minutes. And getting away doesn't require much time at all. 10 minutes and you can get far away. Don't forget, just because the first responders where there in 17 minutes doesn't mean that Maura wasn't heading out very shortly after SBD left.
Christ we had someone we were chasing one time running from the car he crashed into a tree. He originally was walking away from the accident but upon inquiry started running eventually turning, you guessed it, into the woods. The police canine flushed him out about two hours later. And do I really need to state it? Yep, he was drunk.
Bill
I didn't think you were trying to stifle anything, I appreciated you chiming in. I had to bring it up again because he, as usual, kept repeating it like it was fact.

Last post on this, I'm going by the accident report, witness statements on what happened. She did not sit in her car for 15 min.

You do your research and stop stating things a fact.

Ok- please don't take this the wrong way. This is not a SBD slam at all but I just wanted to express a thought I had earlier. There is no right or wrong answer either.

Would maura have done something differently if SBD didn't stop and ask Maura if she wanted him to call the cops. I wonder if maura would have waited it out for a bit longer at her car and then maybe eventually stop at one of the homes in that area. We will never know for certain but I thought it was interesting so I threw it out there.

By the time the dogs were brought in the scent would most likely be gone. The fact the dogs went a football field east and stopped does not necessarily mean they were even tracking a scent.

Sorry - I know you are talking to Jenkins and I am sure he will answer you also.

You are failing to look at the time the call was placed by FW to get total time at the car.

19:27 call from FW

19:29 enroute

19:46 arrive

Took LE 17 min to get to scene

19 min from FW call to LE arrive

Maura was seen at car just minutes prior to LE arrival so the odds are she was at her car for at least 15 minutes. Also as Tang pointed out FW didn't call 911 immediately so tack on several more minutes. These are FW words also.

I would rather believe the dispatch record over the police report that was filled out a week after the accident. Maybe someone can talk about if dispatch auto records times.

There is not a chance we could guess the answer to that. It's legitimate bait for speculation but there is no way even Maura might know the answer without it actually happening. It is a lot like a Schrödinger's cat question.

And I have personally witnessed dogs go over a hundred yard off of the trail following the scent on the wind and that was only after an hour or two of delay. Obviously I am talking about air scent dogs. Oops, was that boasting? When that scent lands on the ground I would expect trailing dogs to do the same. But as I have stated before, the only people that can tell you how individual dogs will act are the specific handlers.

The above answer was in reference to the "What if SBD didn't stop".

And I'll state again, the only person that knows if those dogs were on scent or not are the handlers.

LMAO, there's no way you're thi delusional, no way lol, You brag like a 10 yr old in secure kid on the playground at recess. Go back and read the thread, half of your old posts are bragging about one thing or another, that is until you got called out hardcore on it, shown to be clearly the insecure little noy that you really are.

It's rather amuing that you would ever try to say you don't boast.
And you're one of the annoyingest kind of brgers too, you're the one-upper. No matter what anybody has done you've done it ten times more and ten time more hardcore.

'''Oh you've camped overnight? Well I've set up camp in the middle of the nght countless time"
"You've winter camped before? I've camped at 10 below zero many times"
Ridiculous shit too-"Oh you've seen a deer that gotten eaten by a pack of coyotes? Well I've tracked a deer carcass for 5 days to study it's dipersion in the woods" LOL, we got Bill running his very own body farm.

Maybe you have done all this shit, maybe you haven't. I think you've probably done most of the things you claim, definetley exagerate some and a few are just blatant one-upper BS but the fact is that you brag incessently, you've drastically reduced it for the past couple months since you got slammed for how insecure you must trully be to feel the need to constantly brag to strangers online. You've cut it way back since then, i'll give you that, but overall on this thread you've been the biggest bragger I've seen in yearss, def one of the biggest braggers I'v ever intereacted with live or online and bby far the biggest bragger i've ever witnessed online. It's rather comical to me.

It's Bill- the most interesting man in the world..
