I was in on many of the searches that involved the Family. Yes, I also went to dinner with them and Yes we drank. Discussions of the day as well as future search plans were made at this time. Just because Tim C. can't remember this cause He was really shitty and had been drinking ALL DAY long. This is a fact.

Advocate wrote: re Maura being "a child of the child of a cousin" of Citigirl's. To put this in perhaps a more clear perspective, I have a cousin we'll call Joy. I know Joy well, her mother and mine are sisters and Joy and I saw a lot of each other growing up. Joy now has a daughter we'll call Amy. I have not met Amy as years and distance have intervened. Amy has been married and has a daughter we'll call Ann -- I heard about the birth and that's all I really know of Ann. But if Ann disappeared, I'd care. Not per se because I personally know Ann or even know Ann's mother Amy. But my dear first cousin Joy is Ann's grandmother and Joy is beside herself with fear and grief, for herself and her daughter Amy over Amy's missing child. Yes, I'd care. Some families are closer than others. I'd do whatever I could to help, and I'd consider myself Family even though I've not personally met Amy or Ann. Caring is one thing. Pretending to know everything about somebody you met only briefly or not at all, right down to their menstrual cycle, is another.

Re Renner´s latest blog post: I find FM´s comment about Maura being drunk and naked at the top of a mountain very odd, to say the least. It tells me she´d been found drunk and naked before.

She was about to be kicked out of WP for stealing make up??? Was she sober? Drunk? On drugs?

Symptons of hypothermia: an avid mountain climber would be aware of hypothermia and its symptons In my opinion. From the Mayo Clinic: "Shivering is your body's automatic defense against cold temperature — an attempt to warm itself. Constant shivering is a key sign of hypothermia. Signs and symptoms of moderate to severe hypothermia include: Shivering Clumsiness or lack of coordination Slurred speech or mumbling Stumbling Confusion or difficulty thinking ******Poor decision making, such as trying to remove warm clothes I don't find anything sinister or weird about fred's alleged statement to Tim C. about maura being up on a mountain drunk and naked.

Sorry, Orko, but I strongly disagree. FM doesn´t seem to have been discussing the possible consequences of hypothermia. What father would expect to find his daughter drunk and naked? He was quoted by Tim C as saying drunk, not dead.

It´s also strange those of Maura´s belongings that weren´t collected by LE ended up with Kathleen´s estranged husband, not family.

If you are drunk and naked on the top of a mountain in february in new hampshire and you aren't dead and you are just hanging out until someone comes and "finds you" then you aren't drunk and naked at the top of a mountain. There was another case on ID Disappeared about a woman that went missing after being released in the middle of the night in the middle of nowhere from a jail in canyon country (california). She was later found not far from the jail out in the desert. She had stripped all of her clothes away and died of exposure. It can get pretty darn cold in the desert at night time.

I would like to add this. I was friends with two little, dark-haired women who disappeared years after I knew them: Pamela Webb Starlette Vining To me there is too much similarity between these unsolved cases and Maura and Brianna.

I really can't imagine Fred saying anything like that about Maura.

Jenkins wrote: While I disagree with some of yeat's conclusions I think his posts are important because he paints a pretty clear picture of how big of a scumbag McKay truly was. The guy thought he was a member of the Gestapo & above the law while driving around NH, using another scumbag as unnoficial backup while they sexually harassed young women. I'm still yet to see anyone show anything as to why him & Floyd should be eliminated as suspects in her disappearance. They were in the area & it's a known fact that Floyd listened to the scanner & would show up places often, why do you think he wa there on 5/11? Just by chance? If you think that you have your head in the sand plain and simple. These are the exact kind of guys that very well might have abducted Maura, knowing that she was out on the road all alone & was already being looked at. McKay was a true scumbag, a rogue cop & Floyd was his wannabe cop buddy who said that he's killed many people immediately after killing liko kenney. These assholes should be investigated but I seriously doubt that's gonna happen. It's very possible Floyd is the crv serial killer, he fits the profile to a T. Idk, I'm glad Yeats brought some of this up because it needs to be out & known to the public. I couldnt agree with you more.Bravo.Food for thought.I will now resume my exile.

According to Renner's post Fred met him at the dorm to pick up Maura's things, apparently using Tim's truck. Seems like Fred had no interest in keeping her stuff if Tim had it in St. Albans. Why would he take it all the way to northern Vermont when there was family much closer in Mass.
