It looked to me like Jenkins was going to get into the story that SBD not see MM at the scene but someone else. Since LE did not see her, they had to get the description from SBD. I realize this was not an official BOLO in the usual sense. My use of the letters BOL was exactly as written in the dispatch log. It was citigirl who did not read what I wrote correctly.
