I have stated repeatedly that being punched in the face by the airbag fully explains her hair being down. If for no other reason.

It clearly was Maura at her car except for those needing a "story". All rational people agree. The burden of proof of those that don't want it to be Maura is on them. Proof, not just saying it. Again, Occam can be their friend, if they would let him. Many really want the story, not reasonable explanations though.

no, because some don't agree with you doesn't make you rational, and others irrational.
no one is certain which route she might have taken from UMASS.
no one knows, with certainty, if she was accompanied by another traveler, someone who might have driven her vehicle, or whether she arranged to be followed by another car; or even whether a third person was involved, one driving her car and two following behind.
this, because she is missing for ten years, and no evidence of her body has been found in and around the landing place of her vehicle.
do you know, for sure, what transpired in MA that caused her to run? the circumstances surrounding her relationships, and whether someone may have been abusing or stalking her? and that person might have been involved in her running and disappearance?
admittedly, it makes sense that she was driving, maybe even drinking and driving, but there is no proof.

I actually read a very reasonable explanation for it that makes sense to me. On long driving trips, that knot on the back of the head gets annoying if not painful against the headrest, so she let it down for the long drive.

and while it is unlikely, she might have picked up a passenger at a rest stop along the way, or may have been abducted from one.
who knows?
again, it can be safely assumed she was the driver of her car, and traveled with the possessions she packed, but....who knows?

more so for short women, i presume.
my life long ponytail and/or twist has never been let down for that reason.
a soft twist with a covered elastic is not painful.

unless you're in the business of LE, or necessarily into everyone else's business, i am not in the habit of staring at people long enough to be able to describe their facial features, physical features, and clothing, especially in the dark, or in the glare of headlights.
i trust SBD might have had to reach into his conscious memory to reflect on the physical description of the young woman whom he hadn't anticipated disappearing.
i'd be hard pressed to provide those definitive details after a casual meeting with a stranger.

There is no link. Both logs are in the court documents. You have every right to choose where you will go but it does not mean you are correct.

There are 2 people who look very similar to Maura that are involved in this case. It could have been either one of these females.

So similar that if in a line up it would be difficult to tell them apart.

It's not that big of a deal, but I would like to know, if there are 2 different logs and it is on one log and not the other...why does citigirl assume the one it's missing from is the correct one?
