Don't worry about the opinions of these angry, blameful and self righteous women. They only want you to kiss their a$$ so they will feel important. They will say anything do anything for attention. They pick on you because you are innocent enough to care. They just want to know you'll stick around and be their whipping boy.

To them you are stupid enough to care. You represent men as an icon and they want to exact emotional revenge upon you as repayment for all of their life problems, which I am certain they blame men for.

Well, tbh with you, at the times I was making these post, you were replying to everyone but me.. This is my real name as I don't hide who I am.. We both live in the south & going up yonder you woulda had to go through my area.. I don't hide what I do, it's simple... John Green has made mistakes in how he has responded to people in some cases on Topix as well as elsewhere. However he has contributed lots to the Maura Murray debate and his new blog has made a very promising start and will prove to be a great addition to Renner's blog. What has Beagle done in comparison? No doubt Beagle will not reply via any of his aliases as there is no reply.

John Green has not been a contributor to this Topix thread. he has recently come here to badger and insult posters to this thread, and further, issued an incoherent rant here, as well, to fully diminish any shred of credibility he might have had, at least in my opinion.
JWB has demonstrated equally unacceptable behaviors by his insulting and disrespectful postings.
both have admitted tendencies toward seeking out and attempting to locate and identify posters. these behaviors are regarded by most intelligent and reasonable people to be dangerous.

What has he contributed that is new and hasn't been mulled over many times before? Maybe I missed it.
You say he's made mistakes on how he's responded to people. I agree but I think that's a huge understatement.
He came here as a new poster and called people names, insulted their intelligence and was just plain rude and arrogant. He still wants help getting information from posters here but yet thinks he is above answering simple questions when asked in a respectful manner.
Beagle has nothing to do with JG's actions. Green's arrogance and insults toward us are his own and has nothing to do with anyone else.
And if you're standing up for him in hopes that he'll get a cheap seat forget it. The first 25 are reserved and the rest are being burned tomorrow night in a 4th of July bonfire celebration.

I don't think Beagle has been given a free pass. It seems to me that he has been given a hard time here and elsewhere for years both online and off. People here are often giving each other a hard time, and I have been guilty of this as well at times, but in my opinion Beagle has gotten the worst of it. Even recently, Columbo was posting names of Beagle's supposed relatives. I don't always agree with everything Beagle says or does, but I don't think he had anything to do with Maura's disappearance nor do I think he is deserving of the treatment he has gotten by many over the years. I also think Beagle has put forth many interesting theories and has contributed possibly valid information that many have chosen to dismiss or harass him over. JMO

I find it a little strange that you continue to come here with a name like "It's About Maura Murray" then proceed to not only not talk about Maura Murray, but use every post to try to defend John Green. Very odd. Why such a need to defend him, especially here? Why not simply not read here? Why is it so personal for you?

Then you also come here to denigrate Beagle - again, not about Maura Murray, and you're just posting to rip on another person. You're all superior about how we pick on li'l Johnnie, yet your posts are only made to pick on us. Again, you should choose another posting handle.

As far as Green "making mistakes," that mischaracterization of his behavior is simply laughable, as is "his new blog has made a very promising start" - you mean him spending time and money to travel to New England only to take tons of pictures of the wrong hotel and devote his first blog post to it? I think "promising" is the wrong word.

Again, I think you might find a better audience for your "poor Johnnie" posts on other sites - we VTs under the bridge and hanging in the cheap seats will not be particularly sympathetic.
