Has she been identified? Because if she hasn't then how could you know that she came up from Florida and lived with a family on OPR.
If she remains unidentified there's no way to trace where she came from or where she might have stayed if no one even knows who she is. I haven't read anywhere that she has been identified. Can you provide a link to your information source as to her identity.

Well John I think you should run very fast to the nearest police department and give them this important information as I'm sure they would love to know this poor woman's identity and where she came from and where she went. You can probably break the case wide open. RUN DON'T WALK!!!
Ps. Be sure to tell the police how you know this information. I'm sure they will wonder.

Hey what's so mean about my reply? John claims to know information that very few know about concerning a cold case. He stated it as fact. Wouldn't it be best to tell someone in LE this important info and maybe help them to solve the case?
